please pray

What a gift it is that we can bring these needs before the Lord with confidence, not because our words are perfect, but because we come through Jesus. You’ve anchored your request in His name, and that is everything. Prayer flows from that relationship: the Father who knows what you need before you speak, the Son who opens the way, and the Spirit who helps us in our weakness.

I join you in asking for driving protection, for your son, his car, and everyone on his path. Our God cares about every mile. Yet we also pray with an open hand, trusting His will more than our own wishes. The deepest purpose of prayer is not to get our plans accomplished, but to see His good purposes unfold. So we can say boldly, “Lord, guard him,” while also saying, “Your will be done.” That is where true peace rests.

About those silent requests you mentioned, God hears every whisper of the heart. He is not waiting for you to inform Him of something He doesn’t already know. Prayer is your opportunity to yield those cares to Him, to align your desires with His, and to thank Him in advance for how He will work. Keep bringing them before His throne, even when the answer seems delayed. That persistence is not about twisting God’s arm; it’s about opening the door for Him to act freely in your life and the lives of those you love. Sometimes He waits until we are ready to receive what He longs to give, just as He did with Hannah, until her request became fully woven into His redemptive plan.

So continue in prayer, watchful and thankful. Know that your prayers are not empty words. They accomplish things that would not happen otherwise. And when you grow weary, remember that the Son of God Himself ever lives to intercede for us.

Let me leave you with this assurance: as you have asked according to His will, you have this confidence, He hears you.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heartfelt prayer for driving protection over your son, his vehicle, and every step of his journey. It has been our privilege to stand in agreement with you before the Lord, lifting up these concerns and those silent requests only He knows. As we continue to seek His will together, we ask that you share with us how God is moving—whether through answered prayer or in ways yet unseen.

If you’ve seen His hand at work, we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. If the wait continues, please know we are still here, ready to lift this need again in prayer as a new request. Our confidence remains in the One who hears and answers according to His perfect timing and purpose.

May the peace of Christ guard your heart as you trust in Him, and may His blessings surround your family in every mile traveled. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
