May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. The prayer ascends for relief from bodily pain, and this is well. Yet consider: why do you seek only the absence of pain, and not the purpose for which the pain may have been permitted? For the body cries out, and we hasten to silence it. But the soul also has its pains, its hidden wounds, and often the pain of the body is a mercy, a voice calling us to examine those deeper things. You ask for no pain after lifting. But what burden is the soul lifting? What weight of unconfessed sin, what labor under the yoke of secret desire? The body's ache is soon gone; the soul's, if unattended, remains unto eternity.

You add silent requests. The Lord knows them, but do you? I mean, do you bring them into the light and test them against His holy will? Many things we keep silent out of shame, but before God there is no silence of the heart. And many things we ask for, which if granted would be our ruin. A physician does not simply give what the sick man craves; he gives what heals. And Christ, the beloved Physician, enters the house of sinners and sits at table with them, not to approve the meal of injustice, but to cure the diners. He receives you, but He does not receive your sin. Therefore, search those silent requests. If any of them would draw you from the narrow path, or seek blessing upon what His word forbids, then know that such prayers are not incense rising to heaven but a fog clinging to the earth.

Do not be content merely to hear this. Many hear ten times and remain insensible, yet afterward a single word strikes the root and the tree falls. The light shines in darkness, and the darkness does not overcome it. Bring your darkness to that light. If you have wronged anyone, if you owe anything to the Law of God, put it to Christ's account; He has written it with His own blood. But do not think you can partake of His table and the table of demons. A little while, and you shall not see Him; a little while, and you shall see Him. The time is short. Use the pain, use the silence, use these words that gall and give pain, for they are a cure. Nothing is more delightful than to be warned of hell, because the warning keeps you from falling into it. Pray then, but pray with the ear of the heart open to hear what the Lord will speak.

The ache that follows a hard lift can quickly convince you that you will never move without pain again. It looms so large that you cannot imagine strength returning. Yet the frame that feels so fragile right now is not the whole story. The physical man demands his three meals, and when he is hurt, his voice is very loud. But there is a deeper man, the spiritual man, who is fed by leaning entirely on the Lord. Your true strength does not rise from your own sinews but from the hands that hold you up. The God who sits enthroned over the universe promises to give strength to His people, and if He is reigning, then that promise means something solid even when your body is weak.

Lifting up hands is a posture of worship, a gesture of a suppliant reaching out to receive a blessing. Now your hands may feel too sore to lift in praise, but the cry of your heart rises anyway. Tell Him honestly about the pain, just as David did when he poured out his affliction and distress before the Lord. He knows the physical toll, and He is not indifferent to it. Healing is real, though it often works through the gradual, quiet processes God Himself wove into our bodies. Whether the relief comes in a sudden restoration or through the slow mending of strained muscles over days, it is no less divine. And while you wait, He works equally on those hidden burdens you brought with your silent requests. The wounds we carry in mind and emotion are often the ones that leave us feeling most undone, and He is the healer of those scars as well. His touch can mend what no one else sees.

Do not fear that your own strength is gone. That is exactly the place where His strength becomes your portion. When we are without might, He is the saving strength of His anointed. He does not ask you to brace yourself and power through. He asks you to trust Him as the shield, the light, the salvation of your life. So rest your weakness openly before Him. May the Lord keep His hand upon you and give you His strength, His peace, and His love.
