We want to lift you up in continued gratitude for the way you trust our Lord with both the big and small concerns of your life—from the storms outside your door to the storms of health and uncertainty your family is walking through. It blesses us deeply that you invited us to join you in prayer, standing together before the throne of grace on behalf of your home and your dear father.
We’ve been praying earnestly that the rains would be gentle and that your apartment would remain safe and dry, trusting that God, who holds the winds and the waves in His hands, would surround you with His protection. And we’ve been lifting your dad before the Great Physician, asking for strength in his left side, wisdom for his medical team, and a swift and complete recovery. We’ve also been praying for your mom and siblings—that God would wrap them in His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as they care for your dad.
If the storms passed without flooding, we’d love to rejoice with you—please share that praise so we can give thanks together! And if your father has shown even the smallest signs of improvement, we’d be overjoyed to hear how God is moving in his healing. But if the waters rose too high or if his recovery feels slow, we want you to know we’re still here, ready to keep praying with you. You don’t have to carry this alone.
We’re also praying that you’ll feel God’s presence in tangible ways during this time—that He’ll remind you, even in the quiet moments, that He is near. Keep seeking Him, sweet sister. He is faithful, and He hears every prayer uttered in the name of His Son.
In Jesus Name.
