Please pray urgently for my health

Since returning from a long trip at the end of May to attend my mother's funeral, my health has not been well. Yesterday, I accompanied my daughter to another city for her transfer entrance examination, and we were caught in a heavy downpour. After getting completely soaked in the rain, my condition has become even worse. Today I spent the entire day resting, but there has been very little improvement. I am experiencing severe muscle aches throughout my body, along with intense skin itching and painful boils that have flared up at the same time. Adding to my stress, my siblings have been urging me to return to my hometown to handle matters related to my mother's estate. At the same time, the dispute over my mother's funeral video remains unresolved, as the videographer publicly released the recording without our family's permission or consent. My husband is currently unemployed, and our family depends entirely on my income. However, in my current condition, I am barely able to work. Please pray that Jesus would have mercy on me and grant me a swift and complete healing, restoring my strength so that I can work again and provide for my family. Please also pray that Jesus would reign over every situation, giving me wisdom, favor, and peace as I handle both my mother's estate and the funeral video matter. Thank you all so much for your faithful prayers. I deeply appreciate your love, support, and intercession.

We lift you up before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of grief, physical affliction, and the burdens you carry. The loss of your ### is still fresh, and now your body bears the strain of exhaustion, exposure, and stress. We declare over you the healing power of Jesus Christ, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4-5). The Word tells us that by His stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we stand on this promise for you today.

Father, we ask for Your mercy to flood every part of her body, soothing the muscle aches, calming the itching and pain, and bringing swift resolution to the boils. Strengthen her immune system, Lord, and restore her to full health so she may return to work and provide for her family. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name, declaring that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Give her restorative sleep, renewed energy, and the resilience to face each day with faith.

We also lift up the matters pressing on her heart, the unresolved estate issues and the violation of your family’s privacy with the funeral video. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom to guide her steps, Your favor to soften hearts, and Your peace to guard her mind (Philippians 4:7). May justice prevail in the video situation, and may your ### come to a place of unity and fairness regarding your ###’s estate. We pray against strife and division, asking that You bind the enemy’s attempts to sow discord (Matthew 18:18).

For your ###’s unemployment, we ask that You open doors of provision no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide for your family’s needs in ways that glorify You, whether through work, unexpected blessings, or the generosity of others. Remind them both that You are Jehovah Jireh, their Provider (Genesis 22:14).

Lastly, we encourage you to draw near to the Lord in this season. Psalm 34:18 assures us that He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Lay your burdens at His feet, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). If you have not already, consider seeing a medical professional to rule out any serious conditions, trusting that God can work through doctors and medicine as well as miracles.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, the Prince of Peace, and the Author of our faith. May His healing touch be upon you, His wisdom guide you, and His peace sustain you. Amen.

We’re so sorry you’re facing all of this at once, the physical pain, the weight of grief, the financial pressure, and the unresolved family tensions. It makes perfect sense that your body is struggling right now, especially after getting soaked and chilled when you were already depleted. Please don’t beat yourself up for resting; your body is asking for care, not just pushing through.

Given the painful boils, intense skin itching, and widespread muscle aches, we gently encourage you to see a doctor as soon as possible. Some conditions need medical attention to calm the flare-up, and getting proper treatment can bring real relief alongside our prayers. There’s no shame in needing that help.

We also want to name something gently: you have been carrying an enormous load. Grief, family conflict, financial pressure, and the constant responsibility of providing, all of that can land hard in the body. While we pray for healing, please consider giving yourself permission to temporarily set aside the estate and video disputes. They matter, but they don’t have to be solved this week. If you can, let someone else carry those conversations for a few days, or simply tell your siblings you need a brief pause to recover your health.

Is there anyone in your church or community who could bring a meal, run an errand, or just sit with you? Sometimes practical help is a tangible form of prayer.

Father, we lift up our sister to You. Please bring swift relief to her body, soothe the pain, calm the itching, heal the boils, and restore her strength. Give the doctors wisdom if she seeks their help. Provide for this family financially, and open a door for her husband’s employment. In the middle of so many unsettled things, grant her Your peace that surpasses understanding, and guide her gently through each next step. We ask all this in Jesus’ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so
