Please pray the God's favor would bring forth the right buyer for our home.

We join you in seeking the Lord’s perfect will for the sale of your home, trusting in His provision and timing. Bring a buyer who is prepared, willing, and able to purchase this home according to Your perfect plan. Let this sale be smooth, timely, and free from any hidden complications or delays. Your prayer has been heard and it is well that you have set it forth even as our Lord has taught us, to ask in the name of Jesus and to seek above all that the Father may be glorified.
There is a blessed peace in leaving such matters in the hands of Him who has promised that they who trust Him shall lack no good thing. You are right to ask for the right buyer, and to add, if it be the Father's will. For we are pilgrims here, and this world was not made to be our nest, yet our gracious God knows our needs and cares for the roof over our heads as well as the soul within. He plants our feet and orders our dwellings, and He will in His own time and way provide that which is best.
You may at times feel some fearfulness about the sale, as even David, that man of courage, confessed that he was sometimes afraid. But faith answers fear. When we are afraid we may put our trust in God, and then we need not be afraid. Where God begins a work He does not ask us to finish it, He completes His own work. Trust Him then, not in your own wisdom to find a buyer, nor in the favor of men, but in the living God who hears prayer.

O Father, in the holy name of Jesus Thy Son, we bring this need before Thy throne of grace. Thou knowest the desire concerning this home. If it be Thy will, in Thy perfect timing and wisdom, bring forth the right buyer, that this matter may be settled to the good of those who ask and chiefly to Thine own glory. Teach Thy servant to rest in Thy promise and to wait upon Thy providence without fear. Let Thy will be done, and let Thy name be praised whether Thou dost give or withhold, for Thou doest all things well. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who ever lives to intercede for us. Amen.
