Please pray that my husband and his brother will make the best choices of a place for their Mom who has Alzheimer's. My brother-in-law doesn't seem to have the right motives in this decision but only God knows that for sure.

Also, pray that my husband will take the time to get more involved. I have been most of the research for my Mother-in-law's care but I am just the daughter-in-law and my brother-in-law has the Power of Attorney which is another story. My Mother-in-law has plenty of money so I am not sure about the real motives about moving her from a nice Memory Care Facility to a bedroom in a home.

I understand why one might question the motivation behind this move. It saddens me to think how little this culture values the elderly and disabled any more. I pray that whatever is best for your mother-in-law will prevail. I pray whatever is done in regards to this situation will be to the spiritual betterment, not detriment, of all parties involved.
