While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join with you in prayer and thank God that He has protected you and delivered you out of what sounds like a very dangerous and frightening situation, and we continue to seek His will together in Jesus' name for truth to be revealed and perfect justice to be done.

We are deeply grieved to hear of the life threatening conditions you describe in that apartment, the electric shocks and the evidence that the heating system and the safety devices may have been intentionally tampered with, and the ongoing harassment, false accusations and mocking you have endured since moving out. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He knows the heart and intentions of every person. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 and He reveals the deep and secret things. Daniel 2:22 and There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account. Hebrews 4:13

We cling with you to the promise you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:19 and The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Psalm 34:7. We praise God that He has delivered you thus far, that the police have seen your innocence and told you that you are free to go, and that the residents of your current house believed you when you showed them the documentation and photos of your injuries. We also take comfort that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17

We pray for the revealing of the truth and for perfect justice according to God's righteousness. We ask the Father to bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and to reveal the counsels of the hearts. 1 Corinthians 4:5 If anyone intentionally set up those dangerous conditions or helped them, we pray that God in His perfect timing will expose it through the proper authorities, for we know that governing authorities are appointed by God and are servants of God for good, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4 We encourage you to continue to walk peacefully, to keep all documentation, photos and electricians' reports, to cooperate fully with the police and to seek wise and godly legal counsel, trusting that God often brings justice through those He has placed to enforce the law. We pray for the police and for all residents of both houses that they will see the truth clearly and not be swayed by lies.

We also hear your anguish toward the landlord who avoids you and shows no remorse, and toward the woman and the concierge who have accused you falsely, shouted at you, called the police with false reports and mocked your suffering and injuries. We understand the righteous anger you feel when your pain is mocked and your story is treated as entertainment. Yet we must gently rebuke and correct the desire to hold onto hatred or to pronounce final condemnation on any person, even those who have acted in an evil way. The Word tells us Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21 and Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 When we call a person evil or say demons are inside her, we must remember that God desires repentance and not destruction, for The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9

Therefore we do not pray for vengeance from our own hands, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 We pray instead for conviction, brokenness and repentance. We pray that the Holy Spirit will touch the landlord, the woman and the concierge and all who have helped in any wrongdoing, that He will take away their stony heart and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 May their hardness be broken, may they stop lying, take responsibility, offer apology and restitution where it is due, and submit to God and to the truth. We pray that their arrogance will be humbled not for their destruction but for their salvation.

We thank you for giving glory to Jesus and praying Your will be done, Heavenly Father. We affirm with you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who delivers the righteous out of all afflictions. We thank You for protecting our brother, for keeping him from death when his apartment was made life threatening, for protecting him when he was falsely accused and when the police were called against him, and for giving him favor with those who have seen his documentation and believed the truth. Lord, we ask You to continue to be his refuge and fortress, let him dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under Your shadow. Psalm 91:1

Father, we ask that You reveal the identity of anyone who intentionally tampered with the heating and electrical systems and caused those electric shocks, and anyone who helped them or covered for them. Bring what was done in darkness into the light, and let perfect justice be done according to Your righteousness and through the authorities You have appointed. Protect the investigation from further lies, and let no false accusation prevail against the innocent.

Holy Spirit, we ask You to convict the landlord, the woman who has shouted lies and accusations, and the concierge who mocked his suffering. Break their hardness, humble their arrogance, remove the stony heart and give them a heart of flesh that hears Your call. Bring them to godly sorrow that leads to repentance, to confession of lies, to taking responsibility and to making restitution. Where there is spiritual oppression or deception, we ask for deliverance and truth. Teach our brother to love his enemies and to pray for those who persecute him, and guard his own heart from bitterness and fear. Heal his wounded skin and heal the trauma and anxiety these months have caused, and give him Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we pray for the residents of both houses, that their eyes will be opened to the truth and that they will not be led astray by gossip or hate. Bless the police officers who have acted justly and give them wisdom to observe rightly and to protect the innocent.

We submit all of this to Your perfect will, trusting Your timing and Your justice, and we ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are so grateful you reached out again, and we have been praying as we read what you have been carrying these months. Living with the fear that your home was not safe, experiencing electric shocks and injuries to your skin, and then being shouted at, mocked, and falsely accused while you were simply walking and reading, that is a lot to hold. It makes sense you would feel on edge and exhausted, and we are thankful the police saw you were free to go and that neighbors in your current house listened and believed you.

Being the target of ongoing verbal attacks and false reports can leave a person feeling powerless and constantly braced for the next accusation, even after the immediate danger has passed. Please know that feeling worn down by that does not mean you are alone.

We want to continue praying for your safety, for truth to be made clear, and for your healing. If you have not already, it may help to keep your documentation and photos backed up in a safe place, and to have a trusted pastor, advocate, or support person walk with you as you consider next steps with the landlord and housing concerns. For the wounds you mentioned, please also have a medical professional check them alongside prayer, and if you remain concerned about electrical safety from the former flat, a qualified inspector or housing authority can help document what happened.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus' name. Surround him with Your protection and peace, bring what is hidden into light in Your way and time, and give him wisdom for each step ahead. Heal what has been wounded in body and spirit, guard him from harassment, and soften every hard heart involved so that truth and responsibility may prevail. We have heard your heavy burden and have carried it before the throne of grace, where He who sees in secret beholds all that is done in darkness. Your affliction has been great, and your soul has been tried by fear, by false accusation, and by the cruelty of those who have shown no remorse. Yet we take comfort with you in that word you have quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all, and that He keepeth all his bones. Your confidence must be a divine confidence, as David said, The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. Though the trouble be heavy and the heart be wounded, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain all the weight of it.

We join you in prayer that the Lord, who is the sure observer of all motives and deeds, will bring truth to light. Conscience must at last say to Him, Thou art true, and no false witness can stand before His tribunal. We pray that if wicked hands did indeed tamper with that dwelling to do you harm, and if any did conspire or consent thereto, the Lord in His perfect justice and divine sovereignty would reveal it. There is no attribute more comforting than this, that the Lord reigns and His hand is in all things, and that He will make the dry tree to flourish and lay low that which exalts itself against justice. We ask not for private vengeance, but for that unimpeachable justice which belongs to God alone, that what was done in secret may be manifested, that the innocent may be vindicated, and that the guilty may be brought to answer for their deeds before lawful authority and before God.

We pray also for those who have accused you falsely and mocked your wounds. Persecution, even when it comes in the form of slander, cruel mockings and venomous spite, is permitted by the Lord for good, to keep His people separate from the world and to drive them nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered through such trials that would never have been offered else. We have thanked God with you that when you were accused while walking peaceably and reading His Word, the officers of the law saw your innocence and let you go, and that others in your house have now seen your documentation and believed your testimony. The Lord is your vindication. It is God that justifieth, who is he that condemneth. No lie can stand against His justification of His people through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ, who bore the vindication of divine justice upon the cross that God might be just and the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus.

And we pray with you for the souls of these persons, the landlord who avoids you, the woman who rails against you, and the man who mocked your suffering. May the Lord break their hardness and take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. May the Holy Spirit convince them of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility for what they have done, and seek mercy where mercy is to be found. For there is no other salvation but through Jesus Christ alone, who gave Himself upon the accursed tree that justice might be satisfied and sinners might be saved. If they continue in hardness, affliction will slay the wicked, but if they repent and believe, there is forgiveness in His precious blood.

We pray for you, that the Lord will perfect your healing, heal your wounded skin, quiet your spirit, and keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him. May He guard your dwelling, guide your steps, and give you wisdom in all lawful means to seek protection and redress. May He turn your trial into prayer and your prayer into praise, for God has often blessed His church by her persecution, and the wave that seemed to threaten to overwhelm her has but speeded her course.

O Lord our God, Thou who art just in all Thy ways, reveal what is hidden, protect the innocent, restrain the evil doer, and bring all hearts to bow before Thy Son. Your cry has been heard, and I have read with sorrow what you have endured in that apartment and afterward. To live under the fear of harm in your own home, to suffer electric shocks and wounds to your skin, to be falsely accused when you were walking peacefully and reading Scripture, is a heavy affliction. It is right that you have turned to the Lord, for as you quoted, many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He keeps watch over those who trust Him.

We will pray with you that what has been hidden will be brought into the light. God sees what is done in secret and does not walk in craftiness or deceit. We ask Him to reveal the truth about the heating system and the electrical danger, whether it was negligence or intentional harm, and to make clear who is responsible and who helped. We pray that every hidden thing of shame would be renounced and exposed, not for vengeance in our own hands, but so that justice may be done and further harm prevented. Continue to walk in the light in this matter, keeping the documentation, the photos, and the testimony of the electricians, and entrusting the investigation to the proper authorities who are called to bear the sword for good. Prove all things and hold fast to what is good, and abstain from every form of evil, with careful investigation rather than haste.

We also hear your anguish toward the landlord, the woman who has shouted accusations, and the concierge who mocked your injuries. It is understandable to feel anger when you have been hurt and no apology or compensation has come. Yet Scripture warns us that false accusations injure most deeply the one who makes them, for the soul that sins shall bear it, and that for every idle word we will give an account. The afflictions that come like rain and floods and winds, including plots and false accusations and loss and vexation, cannot overthrow a soul founded on the rock of Christ, though they beat hard against it. We will pray that God breaks hardness and gives a heart of flesh where there is hardness, that He touches each person you named so that they stop lying, take responsibility where it is due, and submit to His call. This does not mean asking God to bless what is wrong, but asking Him to grant repentance and truthfulness. We will pray for the residents of that house and for those in your present house, that they may see clearly and not be carried away by rumor.

We will also pray for you, that you may be kept from returning evil for evil in word or thought. It is a mark of a steadfast soul to give thanks even in suffering, not because the evil is good, but because thanksgiving keeps the heart from being consumed and leaves room for God to turn what was meant for harm toward good. You have already seen His protection when the police saw your innocence and let you go freely, and when your present neighbors believed your documentation. Give thanks for these deliverances and continue to look to Jesus who endured accusation and shame and is now at the right hand of God.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, You know what is in every heart and You see what has been done in secret. We ask You to reveal the truth about this apartment and the danger within it. Show clearly whether harm was intended and by whom, and bring to light anyone who helped. Guide the police and all who have responsibility to judge justly and to protect the innocent. We ask You to heal this wounded body and to quiet fear and distress. We ask You to work in the landlord, in the woman who has accused, and in the concierge who mocked, that they may come to honesty, take responsibility for what is theirs to bear, and receive a heart of flesh to hear Your voice. Keep this Your child firm upon the rock, not moved by the waves of accusation and threat, and teach us all to speak only what is true and loving, remembering we will give account for our words. We ask for perfect justice according to Your wisdom, and for mercy that leads to repentance, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
