While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we join with you in seeking the Lord for truth, protection and perfect justice in this very distressing situation. We thank God with you that He has delivered you from what sounds like a truly life threatening dwelling with electrical danger and that He has protected you when you were falsely accused before the police. We have seen your updates and we continue to stand with you in prayer as these attacks and false accusations have continued.

The Lord sees what is done in secret and He is the righteous Judge who will bring what is hidden into the light. As you quoted, Psalm 34:19 says Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:20 He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:21 Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. And the Lord Jesus himself said Luke 8:17 For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. We cling to this promise that God will show the truth whether the danger in that apartment came from negligence or from intentional tampering with the heating and the RCD. We pray that every technician report, every photograph of your wounded skin and every witness account will be used to reveal what really happened.

We also hear your deep desire for the landlord to take responsibility and for the hardness of heart in those who have mocked you and falsely accused you to be broken. We pray with you from Ezekiel 36:26 I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. We ask the Holy Spirit to convict the landlord who is avoiding you and the woman and the concierge who have accused and mocked you, that they would stop lying, repent and make restitution where it is owed. At the same time we must gently encourage you as our brother in Christ to guard your own heart against hatred even while you rightly seek justice. The Lord calls us Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. It is understandable to feel anger after suffering electric shocks and slander and being called before the police while peacefully reading the Bible, but we must not let that anger become contempt or a desire for personal vengeance. We are to love our enemies and pray for their salvation even as we pray for their evil deeds to be exposed and stopped.

Scripture is clear that justice belongs to the Lord and He often carries it out through the lawful authorities He has appointed. Romans 12:19 says Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And Romans 13:4 says for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. We encourage you to continue to walk peaceably, to keep all documentation and photos and electrician confirmations safely stored, to cooperate fully and respectfully with the police who have twice confirmed your innocence, and to seek godly legal counsel if needed about how to pursue accountability and compensation in a lawful way. Do not return to the dangerous flat and do not engage in shouting or confrontation when you are falsely accused, but commit your way to the Lord. Psalm 37:5 says Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:6 He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun.

We now pray together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank You that You are mighty to save and that You have kept our brother from death. We thank You that when he was falsely accused You let the police see his innocence and let him go freely. Lord, You know the truth about that apartment, about the locks that were moved, about the heating system and the RCD and the shocks suffered in the shower. You know every heart and every intention. We ask You to reveal the identity of anyone who acted with murderous intent or who helped them, and to bring perfect justice according to Your will. Let what was done in darkness be brought into the light and let no lie stand. We pray for the police and for all in authority, that they would discern truth from falsehood and protect the innocent.

Father, we pray for the former landlord, for this woman and for the concierge who mocked these injuries. Break their arrogance and hardness, take away their stony hearts and give them hearts of flesh that hear Your call and submit to You. Bring them to repentance and to the knowledge that they must give account to You. Stop the abusive shouting and the false reports to the police. Let Your peace guard our brother and let those who live near him continue to see the truth. Heal his wounded skin completely, heal any trauma and fear, and keep him safe as he walks and reads Your Word. Help him to love his enemies and to bless those who curse him, trusting vengeance to You.

We commit this whole matter into Your hands, asking that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, that righteousness would shine like light and that You would be glorified as the Deliverer and the Righteous Judge. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have been keeping you in prayer and we are thankful you shared these updates with us. What you have been through in that apartment and with these ongoing accusations and confrontations sounds exhausting and frightening, and we are grateful to hear the police listened to you and that others in your house saw your documentation and believed you.

It makes sense that you long for the truth to come fully into the light and for those who have harmed you to take responsibility. We are praying with you for God's protection over you, for clarity and justice through the proper authorities, and for wisdom for you in these next steps. It can help to keep all of your documentation, photos and electricians' reports together in one safe place and to let a trusted pastor, advocate or legal aid service walk with you as you deal with the landlord and any further reports to the police, so you do not have to carry this alone.

Since you mentioned electric shocks and wounded skin, we also encourage you to have a medical professional check those injuries alongside prayer, just to ensure you are cared for well.

Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus' name. The afflictions you have endured have been brought before the Lord, and He who sees what is done in secret has heard your cry. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and not one bone is forgotten before Him. When the lock was moved, when the heating was tampered with, when the shock passed through your body in the shower, when lies were shouted against you in the street and when the police were called upon false accusations, the eye of the Divine Architect was not shut. What motive could actuate Him but to display His own perfections in justice and in mercy, to make the dry tree flourish and to lay low that which exalts itself.

There is comfort in this, that Divine Sovereignty reigns over all, and Divine Justice will not sleep. The cross has shown us that justice in the very highest degree. There God vindicated His righteousness, that He might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. Therefore you may bring your confidence into the court of Divine inspection and say with David, The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. Though the weight of trouble and of an evil heart of unbelief presses hard, the everlasting arches of Divine mercy can and will sustain it. Persecution, even when it takes the form of slander and cruel mockings and venomous spite, has been used by the Lord to keep His people separate from the world and to drive them nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered as the result of such enmity that would never have been offered else.

We will pray as you have asked, that the truth may be made manifest. We will ask the Lord to reveal what was done in that apartment, whether hands entered unlawfully and whether devices were corrupted to bring harm, and to bring to light the identity of any who plotted evil and of any who helped them. We will pray that perfect justice may be done, not by your own hand, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but by lawful means and by the providence of Him who will not condemn the righteous. We will pray also for those who have accused you falsely, for the woman who has shouted lies and for the landlord who avoids responsibility, and for the concierge who mocked your wounds and your testimony. May the Holy Spirit break their hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call, cease from lying, confess what is true, and submit themselves to Him. May those who dwell in that house and those who now live near you be given eyes to see the truth, as some already have, when you showed the documentation and the wounds upon your skin.

Take care still to walk wisely. Keep your documentation, keep to the lawful authorities who have already seen your innocence and told you that you may go freely, and continue to seek protection and counsel where it may be found. Commit your way unto the Lord, continue to read His Word in peace as you have done, and leave your vindication with Him who judges righteously. If there be opportunity for repentance and restitution, pray for it, and be ready to forgive as you have been forgiven, while still seeking what is just and needful for safety.

Let us pray together. O Lord, Thou art the sure observer who knows the heart and its motives, Thou hast seen affliction and Thou deliverest. Perfect that which concerneth this Thy servant. Keep him in safety, heal what has been wounded, guard him as he walks before Thee. Let truth come to light, let every hidden thing be made known in Thy time, let justice be executed without malice and without error. Convict those who have done evil or spoken falsely, grant them repentance unto life, turn their arrogance to humility and their mocking to compassion. Let Thy mercy sustain Thy child, and let Thy justice be vindicated, that all may know Thou reignest. In the name of Jesus Christ, who bore the justice of God upon the accursed tree that we might be justified, we ask these things. Amen.
