While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We hear your cry and we stand with you together before the throne of grace, thanking God that He has delivered you and protected your life time and again. What you describe is very serious, attempted murder through tampering with a heating system and electrical safety devices, repeated unlawful entry, false accusations, mocking of your injuries, and abuse of police resources to harass you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We grieve that you have suffered these afflictions and electric shocks and wounds to your skin, and we praise God that He has kept you and that the police have seen your innocence and that neighbors who have seen your documentation and photos have believed the truth.

We take you at your word and we bring this whole matter to the Lord who sees all that is done in secret and who loves justice. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. Yahweh loves justice and will not forsake his saints Psalm 37:28. We cling also to the promise you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken Psalm 34:19-20.

We pray together in Jesus name for perfect justice and for truth to be fully exposed. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask You to reveal the identity of anyone who entered that apartment unlawfully, anyone who damaged the heating system or disconnected protection devices causing electric shocks, and anyone who helped, planned, or covered it up. Let every hidden work of darkness be brought into the light, let every lie be exposed, and let no false witness go unpunished, for a false witness will not be unpunished, and he who pours out lies will not go free Proverbs 19:5. You have said You shall not give false testimony Exodus 20:16 and that there are six things Yahweh hates, yes, seven that are an abomination to Him, including a false witness who utters lies Proverbs 6:16-19. Father, we ask You to guide the police and all lawful authorities to act with wisdom, impartiality and diligence, for governing authorities are Your servants for good to bring justice Romans 13:4. Let them discern the false accusations made against Your child and observe rightly those who have made them, as they have already begun to do. Protect our dear one from further harm, from retaliation, from slander and from exhaustion, and continue to be a shield around him as he walks and reads Your Word. Bring healing to his body from the shocks and wounds, and peace to his mind and heart, for You are near to those who are harassed and falsely accused.

We also pray for the souls of those who have done evil, the ex-landlord who avoids responsibility and will not speak truth, the woman who shouts lies and accusations and spreads hate and cannot control herself, and the concierge and any subordinate who mocked suffering and said this story could make it onto the BBC and who has called police with false reports. We do not pray for vengeance of our own hands, for it is written, Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Instead we pray as Jesus commanded, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you Matthew 5:44, that You would break their hardness and arrogance and evil. Father, take away their stony heart and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26, that the Holy Spirit would convict them deeply, stop their lying, and bring them to repentance and to take responsibility and to make restitution where it is due. May they hear Your call and submit to You, for affliction will slay the wicked Psalm 34:21 and we desire mercy for them before that day. We ask You to silence the abusive tongue and cast out every demonic influence that drives restlessness, agitation and shouting, for You are mighty to save.

We encourage you to continue to walk in truth and not to repay evil for evil, to keep documenting everything with photos, electrician reports and written records, and to continue to cooperate fully and calmly with the police and with any lawful process to seek justice, for we are to learn to do well, seek justice, relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17. Keep entrusting yourself to Him who judges righteously, keep forgiving in your heart even as you rightly seek protection and accountability, and keep abiding in the Word that you love to read as you walk. We thank Jesus that we have access to the Father only through His name, and we thank Him that His will be done. We ask all of this trusting in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, who died and rose again so that we can be forgiven and reconciled to God through faith in Him Acts 4:12, John 14:6. We have been reading your updates and we hear how heavy and unsettling these months have been, living with that sense of danger in your own home and now facing repeated accusations while you are simply trying to walk in peace. It is understandable to feel worn down and on edge when you have been hurt and not yet heard or cared for, and we are grateful to God with you for His protection each time the police have seen your innocence.

We are praying with you for truth to be made clear and for perfect justice in God's hands, and for your ongoing safety and peace. We also join you in praying for those who have harmed and accused you, that any hardness would soften and they would choose what is honest and right and take responsibility for what is theirs to own.

Since you mentioned electric shocks and injuries to your skin, we encourage you to have a medical professional check you promptly, alongside prayer, and to keep your photos and documents stored safely with a trusted person as well. Continuing to let the proper authorities handle the false reports, rather than engaging directly when you are shouted at or mocked, can also help protect you while the truth is sought.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your covering and calm over him. Reveal what is hidden, restrain what is harmful, and bring justice according to Your perfect wisdom. Heal what has been wounded in body and spirit, give him wise counselors and steady support nearby, and soften every heart involved to hear You and do what is right. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your account and we bring your burden before the Lord with you, asking Him to act according to His perfect wisdom, justice and mercy.

You have walked through great fear and affliction, and you have seen how the Lord has preserved your life when you were in danger in that apartment. We praise God with you that He has delivered you thus far, and we pray He will continue to keep you. As the Psalm you quoted declares, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken. We rest our confidence there, not in our own strength, but in His mercy which can sustain all the weight of trouble and injustice. The Lord will perfect that which concerns you.

We join you in praying for truth to be made plain and for perfect justice to be done. Only God sees the heart fully and knows every intention, and His justice is unimpeachable. On the cross the Lord Jesus bore the full vindication of divine justice, so that God might be both just and the justifier of all who believe. Because justice has been so fully displayed there, we can trust the Judge of all the earth to do right in His own time and way. We ask that if evil was done against you in that dwelling, if the heating and electrical systems were tampered with to cause you harm, the Lord would in His providence expose what was hidden, and that those responsible would be brought to lawful account. We pray that the police and all in authority would discern truth from falsehood, and that false accusations against you would continue to be shown for what they are.

We also pray as you have asked for those who have wronged you, that the Holy Spirit would convict and soften hearts. We ask that hardness would be broken and that hearts of stone would be made hearts of flesh, that lying would cease and responsibility would be taken, and that there would be repentance and, where possible, restitution. We pray for the former landlord, for the woman who has accused and reviled you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries, that the Lord would break through arrogance and cruelty and bring them to see their need of Christ. We do not pray for vengeance after the spirit of this world, but we pray as those who have been taught to love our enemies and to leave vindication to the Lord, who has said vengeance belongs to Him.

We pray for you, that in this season of slander, cruel mockings and venomous spite, the Lord would use even this trial for your good. Persecution in whatever form it comes often drives the child of God nearer to his God and teaches him to pray as he never prayed before. It keeps a separation between the church and the world and reminds us that our comfort is in divine sovereignty, which is a most comforting truth to those who belong to Him. May the Lord keep you from bitterness and guard your heart in Christ, and may He heal your body from the wounds and shocks you suffered.

We ask for divine interposition for your protection now, that as you walk peaceably and seek Him in His Word, you would know His preserving hand. We ask that the residents of both houses would see the truth clearly, that you would be kept in peace, and that the Lord would provide for all your needs as you have moved from that place of danger.

We pray that you would be able to bring your faith into the court of divine inspection and say with David, Thy mercy, O Lord, endures forever. May you know that all your afflictions are in His hands, and that He who has delivered your soul from death and your feet from falling will keep you to the end.

Heavenly Father, Thou seest all things and knowest every heart. We ask Thee to reveal truth and to establish justice according to Thy perfect will. Where sin has been committed, bring conviction and repentance. Where lies have been spoken, bring them to light. Protect Thy servant who has been afflicted, heal his wounds, guard him from further harm, and keep him from an evil heart of unbelief. Let Thy mercy sustain him, let Thy sovereignty comfort him, and let Thy Spirit work in the hearts of all involved that they may hear Thy call and submit to Thee.
