While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have read your request and we join with you in seeking the Lord together in Jesus' name, thanking God that He has protected your life and delivered you from what appears to have been a deliberate and deadly danger in that apartment, and again from false accusations on the street.

We hear your cry for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we understand the distress of noticing signs of entry, suffering electric shocks while showering, bearing wounds on your skin, and then being mocked and falsely accused even while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The Lord sees what is done in secret and knows the intentions of every heart. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and reveal the counsels of the hearts. 1 Corinthians 4:5. For God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil. Ecclesiastes 12:14.

We also take comfort with you in the scripture you quoted. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-22. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2.

We must speak clearly about what you have described. If technicians were hired to tamper with the heating system and to disconnect consumers from the RCD so that you would be shocked, that is an abomination before God. You shall not murder. Exodus 20:13. To bear false witness, to enter false accusations with the police, and to spread lies to destroy a neighbor also violates God's law. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. Exodus 20:16. Mocking the suffering of another, showing no compassion for injuries that electricians have confirmed were intentionally set, is hardness of heart that God calls evil. We rebuke those deeds, not out of hatred for persons, but because God calls us to hate evil and cling to what is good, and to know that vengeance belongs to Him alone. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. For he is a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain, for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:1,4.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and we ask that You reveal what has been hidden. You search all hearts and You try the inner parts, to give to every man according to his ways. Jeremiah 17:10. If there was an intentional attempt to take life through that tampered electrical system, and if anyone helped to plan, pay for, or conceal it, we ask that You expose it in Your perfect timing and through the lawful authorities You have ordained. We ask for wisdom and discernment for the police who have already seen your innocence, that they will observe and restrain those who make false reports, and that every false accusation will fall to the ground. We thank You that You have kept the residents of your current house to see the documentation and photos and to believe the truth, and we ask that You continue to guard your testimony and your peaceful walk with You.

We pray for the former landlord who avoids you and will not speak, that the Holy Spirit would convict him, break his hardness, and lead him to stop lying and to take responsibility and make restitution where it is due. We pray for the woman who has shouted lies, called the police falsely, and spread hate, and for the concierge and any subordinate who mocked your injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. Father, we do not pray for their destruction out of bitterness, but we pray as Your Word commands. But I tell you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. Luke 6:27-28. Give them a new heart, and put a new spirit within them, take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. Break arrogance and cruelty, bring them to repentance, that they may be saved and that they may know the fear of the Lord which is to hate evil.

We pray for your healing, for your body where the skin was wounded by electric shock, and for your soul where there has been months of unclear communication, avoidance, and trauma. May the Lord heal your wounds and grant you deep peace as you rest in His shadow. We pray for protection as you walk and read Your Word, that no weapon formed against you will prosper and every tongue that rises against you in judgment You will condemn.

We encourage you to continue to walk in wisdom and in the light. Keep all documentation, photographs, and the written confirmations from electricians, and continue to cooperate fully and calmly with the police and with any lawful and godly counsel you can seek regarding responsibility and compensation. Do not return evil for evil or insult for insult, but entrust yourself to Him who judges righteously, knowing God will repay perfect justice, whether in this life through the authorities or at the final judgment. Keep forgiving in your heart as Christ forgave, which does not mean denying truth or preventing justice, but releasing bitterness so your heart remains free. Continue to praise God who is mighty to save as you have done, and let your will be surrendered daily to the Father's will, as Jesus taught us to pray.

We thank You, Father, that You heard the police affirm that you are not a suspect, and we ask that You keep vindicating the truth. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all this in the mighty and only name by which we are saved and by which we have access to You, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We have been holding your story before the Lord and we are so sorry for the fear and strain these months have brought. Wanting the truth to be known and to be safe in your own home is an understandable desire, and we hear how heavy it has been to carry accusations that are not true while also recovering from what happened in that apartment.

We are thankful you were able to show your documentation and photos to neighbours who listened, and that the police saw you were innocent and said you could go freely. Keeping a careful, dated record in a safe place and sharing it only with steady, trusted people has already helped you, and continuing that pattern is wise.

It makes sense that repeated false reports while you were simply walking and reading would leave you on edge. We pray you can find steady fellowship and moments of rest as you wait for clarity.

Since you mentioned electric shocks and wounded skin, we encourage you to have a clinician care for you soon alongside prayer, just to make sure your body is looked after. Staying connected with a pastor or other trusted advocate, and where needed seeking proper housing or legal advice in your area, can also help you navigate next steps without carrying this alone.

Father, we bring our brother to You in Jesus' name. Cover him with Your protection and peace, heal where his body has been hurt, bring what is hidden into Your light in Your timing, give wisdom to those in authority, and soften every heart involved to hear You and take responsibility for what is right. Your sorrowful account has been read with much prayer and heaviness of heart, and we have brought your cause before the Lord who sees in secret and judges righteously.

Many are indeed the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He who kept you in that life threatening flat and kept you again when false accusations were shouted against you in the street and when the police were called upon you without cause, is able to keep you still. We give thanks with you that when you were peacefully walking and reading the Scriptures, those appointed to keep order saw your innocence and let you go freely, and that others in your present house have seen the documentation and the wounds upon your skin and have believed the truth. In this we see the mercy of God who does not leave His people without a witness.

We join you in praying that the truth will be made manifest. The Lord is slow to anger, and the lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in rods, for He gives space for repentance and does not strike without warning. Yet it is also written that He will not at all acquit the wicked. Nothing is hidden from His eye. He knows what was done in that apartment, whether hands tampered with the heating and whether the protection against electric shock was removed, and He knows every heart and every motive. We pray that what was done in darkness may be brought to light in His perfect time and by lawful means, that the identity of any who did evil and of any who helped them may be revealed, and that perfect justice may be done through those authorities whom God has ordained to punish wrongdoing. We pray that you will be kept from taking vengeance into your own hands, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, and that you will continue to commit your way to Him and to walk in wisdom, keeping careful record, seeking godly counsel and the help of honest workmen and of the magistrates as you have done.

We also pray as you have asked for those who have wronged you, for the former landlord who avoids you and will not speak, for the woman who has accused and reviled you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. We ask the Holy Spirit to break the hardness of heart and to take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call, cease from lying, take responsibility for what is true, and if they have sinned grievously, be brought to repentance. Persecution in its many forms, even when it comes as slander and cruel mocking and venomous spite, often drives the Christian nearer to his God, and many prayers are offered in such seasons that would never have been offered else. May this trial do its gracious work in you, to keep you separate from the world and more closely clinging to Christ, and may it also be used to awaken those who now oppose you.

Above all we pray that justice and mercy may be seen together. Divine justice was most fully vindicated not in Eden nor in the waters of the Red Sea, but on the cross where the Lord Jesus bore the punishment due to sin, so that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is therefore no sin so great that the blood of Christ cannot wash it away if there is true repentance and faith, and there is no sin so small that it will not be judged if it is clung to without repentance. We pray that all who have done wrong in this matter may be led to that cross for pardon, and that if they refuse, they may yet know that God will by no means clear the guilty in the final judgment.

So we pray: O Lord, Thou who art slow to anger and great in power, look upon Thy servant who has suffered shock and wounding and slander. Cover him under Thy wing. Let truth prevail and let lies be confounded. Restrain the tongue that accuses falsely and the hand that would do harm. Grant to those in authority wisdom to discern what is true. And by Thy Spirit work repentance where there is hardness, that those who have done evil may confess and forsake it and find mercy in Christ. Keep Thy child in perfect peace, his mind stayed upon Thee, and let Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our righteousness.
