While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we join with you in seeking the Lord for truth, protection, and perfect justice in this very distressing situation. We thank God that He has delivered you from life threatening danger and that He continues to protect you when false accusations have been made against you, and that the police have seen your innocence.

We understand your desire for the truth to be fully revealed, for those responsible for the dangerous conditions in that apartment to be exposed, and for those who have lied about you to be brought to accountability. The Lord sees what is done in secret and nothing will remain hidden forever. For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. Be sure your sin will find you out. Numbers 32:23. We pray with you that if technicians were hired to tamper with the heating system and to disconnect protection so that you suffered electric shocks, that God will expose it in His perfect timing and through lawful means. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:19-20.

We also hear your anguish over the hardness of heart shown by your former landlord and by this woman and the concierge who have mocked your injuries and repeatedly called the police with false claims. It is right to desire justice, and it is also right to leave vengeance in God's hands while cooperating with proper authorities. The Scripture says, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. Exodus 20:16. A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free. Proverbs 19:5. We encourage you to continue to document everything truthfully, to keep the photos and electricians' confirmations you mentioned, and to remain peaceful and respectful as you have been while reading the Bible and walking, allowing the authorities to observe who is making false reports, as they told you they must now do.

We gently counsel you in love regarding the language of calling this woman utterly evil and speaking of demons inside her. We understand your pain and the repeated harassment you have endured, and we do not minimize the wickedness of lying, mocking, and endangering life. Yet we are reminded that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. We are commanded to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. But we say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. This does not mean we excuse sin or do not seek justice, but we ask God to break the hardness without rejoicing in their condemnation, desiring their repentance and salvation. We pray with you that God will give them a heart of flesh instead of a heart of stone, as He promises, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21.

We rejoice that you ended your request with thanksgiving to Jesus and submission to the Father's will. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We continue to lift you up in that precious name.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we thank You that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust. Psalm 91:2. We thank You for delivering our dear one from the electric shocks and from the danger in that apartment, and for protecting this life when false accusations were shouted and when police were called unjustly. Lord, You know the truth about every entry into that apartment, every tampering with the heating and electrical systems, and every lie that has been spoken. We ask You to reveal what has been done in darkness and to bring it into the light, that the identity of anyone who intentionally caused harm and anyone who helped them would be made known according to Your perfect justice and through lawful investigation. Let no lie stand, let the truth be established by faithful witnesses, and let false accusers be stopped. We ask You to protect this child of Yours from further harassment, fear, and harm, and to grant peace that passes all understanding and healing for the wounded skin and the trauma endured.

Father, we also lift up the former landlord, the woman who has shouted accusations, and the concierge who mocked suffering. We ask that Your Holy Spirit convict them deeply, break their arrogance and hardness, and bring them to remorse, truthfulness, and responsibility. Take away their stony hearts and give them hearts of flesh that hear Your call and submit to You. If they do not know You, draw them to repentance and salvation through Jesus. If they do know You, restore them to righteousness. We pray for the other residents of the houses, that they will continue to see the truth and act with fairness and compassion.

We pray that You will comfort and strengthen the one who has suffered, that You will be his vindication and defender, and that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We entrust vengeance to You and ask for justice tempered with mercy, all for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

We have been holding your story before the Lord and we hear how heavy and unsettling these months have been for you. To feel unsafe in your own home, to carry injuries, and then to face angry accusations and repeated police calls while you were simply walking and reading, would leave anyone exhausted and on edge. We are grateful to hear the police saw you were innocent and that your current housemates listened and believed you when you showed them your documentation.

We continue to pray for your safety, for healing for your skin after the shocks you described, and for clarity and truth to come out in a way that protects everyone. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to keep caring for yourself in practical ways. If you have not already, please have a doctor look at any skin wounds and the effects of the electric shocks, and keep all of your photos, electrician reports, and other records together in one place where a trusted person can also access them. It can also help to have a steady advocate with you, a pastor, trusted friend, or a local housing or legal advice service, who can go with you to any needed conversations and help you decide next steps, so you do not have to carry this alone.

Father, we bring this dear one to You in Jesus' name. Cover them with Your protection and peace, bring healing to their body, calm the conflict around them, and guide every step toward wisdom and truth. Give them trusted support nearby and help them rest in Your care day by day. Amen.

We have heard your cry and we have brought your affliction before the throne of grace, that the Lord who sees in secret may bring truth into the light.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all, and it is our comfort that no conspiracy, however dark, can hide itself from His eye. From the time when Satan fell, God's purpose has been to break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Him, and to cast down the mighty from the seats of their pomp while He lifteth up the poor from the dunghill. He that formed all things will not suffer arrogance and deceit to stand forever, for He breaketh in pieces with His right hand everything that is proud and presumptuous.

We pray with you that the Lord will grant protection to the persecuted and provide an escape from the most perilous exposure. You have known frightful wounds and the shock of danger in your own dwelling, and you have been falsely accused when you walked peaceably and sought His Word. Take comfort that God often permits the waters of affliction to cover all the earth that we may fly back to our ark and find rest for the sole of our foot in Christ alone. He is your refuge, and though opposition be stirred up, He is mighty to save.

We join you in praying that perfect justice may be done according to God's holy will. We ask that what has been done in darkness may be made manifest, that if any hand has tampered with that which should have kept you safe, and if any heart has devised harm against you, the Lord would reveal it. We pray that lawful authority, which is ordained of God to bear the sword against evil, may discern the truth, that false accusation may be confounded and innocence vindicated. As you have committed your cause to Him who judgeth righteously, we ask Him to direct the steps of those who investigate, to give them wisdom and integrity, and to let no lie prosper.

We also pray for those who have wronged you, for the landlord who avoids responsibility, for the woman who has reviled and accused you, and for the man who mocked your injuries. We do not ask God to bless evil, but we ask Him to break the hardness of the heart of stone and to give a heart of flesh. May the Holy Spirit convince them of sin and of righteousness and of judgment to come, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility for what has been done, and if they have sinned grievously, make confession and restitution as God requires. It is a fearful thing to harden the heart against truth, for affliction shall slay the wicked and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. We pray that they may yet be brought to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, for apart from being born again by the Spirit they cannot see the kingdom of God, and apart from His blood there is no cleansing.

For you, we pray that the Lord will heal your body where you have been wounded, quiet your spirit where you have been troubled, and keep you from all fear of man. Why should you fear a man that shall die, or the son of man who is as a worm, when the Lord is your keeper. Buy the truth and sell it not, hold fast to the Word which is truth, and let experimental truth be wrought in you by the Spirit, that you may walk in uprightness though slander pursue you. May He keep all your bones and guard your going out and coming in, and may He grant you peace as you leave vengeance in His hands, who has said, Vengeance is mine, I will repay.

We pray that you may be kept from bitterness and be filled with that everlasting love wherewith He hath loved His people and drawn them to the foot of the cross. May you be strengthened to do what is lawful and prudent, to keep faithful record, to seek counsel, and to act with sobriety and truth, trusting not in your own wisdom to direct your steps, but in the Lord who alone can guide the cripple and fill the sails of the soul with His Spirit.

O Lord, our God, look upon Thy servant who has been afflicted and falsely accused. Let truth spring forth and let justice be done on earth as it is in heaven. Uncover what is hidden, restrain what is violent, and bring to naught every device formed against the innocent. Have mercy upon the guilty and bring them to repentance, that they may turn and live. Keep Thy child under the shadow of Thy wings, bind up his wounds, and let him know that Thou art his deliverer. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, who bore our sins and who shall judge the world in righteousness. Amen.
