While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

Update:
The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected you through these frightening and life threatening circumstances, and that He has shown your innocence when you were falsely accused while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We hear your distress over the apartment where you suffered electric shocks and injuries, over the signs that someone entered and tampered with the heating and electrical safety systems, over the lies spoken against you, the mocking of your injuries, and the repeated false calls to the police. Only God knows what is in every heart and what every intention was, and we agree with you that He will bring the truth to light and establish perfect justice in His time and His way.

The Word reminds us that nothing remains hidden from Him. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off Psalm 37:28. We also remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord and that He has ordained authorities to uphold justice. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God Romans 13:1. This encourages us to continue to trust God rather than taking matters into our own hands, to cooperate truthfully and calmly with the police who have already confirmed your innocence, to keep careful documentation and photographs as you have done, and to seek lawful help where needed while leaving the final judgment to Him.

We lift this whole situation to our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved, and we thank you for calling upon Him. We pray that God reveals the identity of anyone who entered that apartment and tampered with the systems and anyone who helped them, whether the landlord, the woman who has accused and shouted at you, the concierge who mocked your suffering, or anyone else involved. We pray that every lie is exposed, that every hidden act is brought into the light, and that perfect justice is done according to God's righteous standard. We pray for protection over you from any further harm, retaliation, or false accusation, and for healing of your skin and body from the electric shocks and for peace over your mind and sleep after such trauma.

We also pray as you asked for those who have harmed and opposed you, not with hatred but with a desire for their repentance and salvation. We pray that the Holy Spirit touches the landlord who is avoiding responsibility and that he stops lying and takes responsibility with honesty and remorse. We pray that God breaks the hardness, arrogance, and evil you have experienced from this woman and from the one who mocked you, and that He gives them a new heart. I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. We pray they will hear His call, submit to Him, confess what is true, and make restitution where it is due. Jesus calls us to a higher way even toward those who mistreat us when He says But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We do not excuse sin or abuse, and we do not minimize the seriousness of attempted harm, but we ask God to keep our own hearts free from bitterness and to let His love and justice work together.

We take comfort with you in the promise you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-22. We pray you will continue to take refuge in Him, to walk in wisdom and peace, to keep reading the Word, and to trust that He who has delivered you thus far will continue to be mighty to save. We ask all of this according to His perfect will in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We have read carefully what you have been carrying these months, the fear inside that apartment and the painful accusations since you left. Wanting the truth to be known and wanting to be safe in your own home are good and right desires, and we hear how exhausting it has been to be doubted and shouted at while you are trying to live peaceably.

We are thankful you were able to show your documentation and photos to neighbors who listened, and that the police treated you fairly when you were stopped while walking and reading. Those moments of being heard can be an anchor when other interactions feel chaotic and unkind.

Because you mentioned electric shocks and wounded skin, we encourage you to have a medical professional look at those injuries soon, alongside continuing to keep careful records and letting the proper authorities handle any investigation. It also helps to have one or two steady, trusted people nearby, perhaps a pastor or counselor, who can walk with you in person and help you decide when to engage and when to step away from heated encounters.

Father, in Jesus name we lift our brother to You. Cover him with Your protection and peace, heal what has been hurt in body and spirit, and give him wisdom for each next step. Bring what is hidden into the light in Your way and time, and soften hard hearts toward truth and responsibility. Keep him close to You and surrounded by safe support. Amen.

Your cry has been heard and it is laid before the Lord who sees what is done in secret and who will bring every hidden thing to light. We join you in prayer that the truth which is now tangled in unclear communication and denial may be made plain, and that perfect justice, which belongs to God alone, may be done in His time and in His way.

The Scripture you have clung to is a sure anchor. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken. Affliction shall slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. This is the constant rule of our God, to break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Him, and to lift up those who stand in Him and for Him. When waters of affliction have covered all the earth, then the soul flies back to its Ark and finds rest for the sole of its foot.

We pray with you that if any hand has entered what was your dwelling, if any device has tampered with the heating or the protection against electric shock, if any intent to harm was harbored in any heart, the Lord who knows the thoughts of men will reveal it. He needs no witness but His own all seeing eye. We ask that He would uncover what is hidden, vindicate the innocent, and restrain further evil. We pray that those who are called to keep the peace may have wisdom to discern truth from false accusation, as they have already seen your innocence, and that your neighbours who have believed your documentation may continue to walk in truth.

And we pray also for those who have caused you such distress. It is a fearful thing to fall under the justice of God, for God is infinitely just and His justice demands that sin be punished unless men turn to Him with full purpose of heart. Yet upon the cross that justice was vindicated in dreadful form and yet in mercy, for there the Lord Jesus Christ, the second Adam, kept the Law in every jot and tittle and gave Himself up to die a felons death so that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is more of the vindication of justice on the cross than can be seen at any one time in the lowest depths of hell, and there also is the fountain of mercy for the guilty.

Therefore we pray not only for exposure and for accountability, but for the breaking of hard hearts. We ask the Holy Spirit to touch the landlord who avoids you, that lying may cease and responsibility be taken. We ask that hardness be taken away and a heart of flesh be given, that he may hear the Lords call and submit to Him. We pray for the woman whose tongue has been given to accusation and shouting, that her arrogance may be broken, not by our hand but by the hammer of Gods Word which breaks the rock in pieces, and by the fire which makes the heart burn within. We pray for the concierge who mocked your wounds and your suffering, that compassion may be wrought in him and that he may see the evil of despising the afflicted. Our heart's desire and prayer to God for those who have opposed you is that they might be saved, even as Paul prayed for those who had driven him from city to city and sought his life.

For you, we pray for healing of body where the skin was wounded and the shock was endured, and for peace of soul when you remember God and are troubled by His holiness and justice and by your own sorrows. The Lord can take away the bent of prejudice and the depraving influence of sin and give understanding to understand aright. He can cause you to remember His everlasting mercy and His boundless power to forgive, and to find that His thoughts toward you have been from eternity and shall be to eternity. Give Him but a word out of His mouth and you can live upon it.

We pray that you may be kept from venomous spite and slander, which though painful, the Lord often uses to keep His people separate from the world and to drive them nearer to Himself. May you continue to declare His wondrous works as one whom He has taught from youth, and may you find succour not apart from the Rock but in Him.

Father, reveal what is hidden, establish truth, execute perfect justice according to Thy righteousness, and have mercy upon all who have not obtained mercy. Turn them from their evil way and from the evil of their doings. Keep Thy servant in safety, deliver him out of all his afflictions, and let Thy will be done. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, who bore the justice we deserved that we might receive the mercy we need. Amen.
