While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you in prayer before the Lord who sees all things in secret and brings what is hidden into the light. We thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected you again and again, and that your innocence was confirmed before the police and before those who live near you. The Lord is your refuge and strength.

We bring before the Father your plea for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice. Nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known Luke 12:2. He reveals the deep and secret things, he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him Daniel 2:22. There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account Hebrews 4:13. If technicians were hired to tamper with the heating system and to disconnect protection so that you would receive electric shocks while showering, if someone entered your apartment with intent to harm, God knows every heart and every intention, and we pray that He will expose it fully. You shall not murder Exodus 20:13 and the Lord hates hands that shed innocent blood Proverbs 6:16, Proverbs 6:17. We pray that every lie, every false accusation, every act of entering what was not theirs, and every plan to harm will be brought into the light so that true justice can be done.

We also pray for justice according to God's perfect righteousness. We understand your longing for perfect justice after nearly three months without apology or compensation and after being mocked for injuries that electricians have confirmed were intentionally set up. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne Psalm 89:14 and the Lord loves justice Psalm 37:28. We pray that the authorities, who are appointed by God as an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4, will have wisdom, diligence and impartiality to investigate fully, to find the one who did this and anyone who helped them, and to act rightly. We encourage you to continue to keep careful documentation, photos, electricians' statements, and to cooperate peacefully and truthfully with the police as you have been doing, trusting that God works through lawful means to restrain evil. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21.

We lift up in prayer the former landlord who is avoiding you and unwilling to speak, the woman who has shouted lies and false accusations against you, and the concierge and any others who have mocked your suffering and called the police with false reports. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them deeply, break their hardness, and give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone Ezekiel 36:26. A false witness will not be unpunished, and he who pours out lies will not go free Proverbs 19:5. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor Exodus 20:16. We pray that their arrogance and evil will be broken, not that they would be destroyed, but that they would come to repentance, stop lying, take responsibility, and submit to the Lord. We gently rebuke the spirit of hatred and mocking, for we are called not to return evil for evil or insult for insult, but instead to bless 1 Peter 3:9. We understand the pain that makes you speak of this woman as evil, yet we are commanded to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who mistreat us and persecute us Matthew 5:44. This does not excuse their sin, it entrusts their judgment to God while we pray for their salvation.

We pray also for your own heart, that the Lord will keep you from bitterness and will guard you in perfect peace as you continue to walk peacefully and read the Scriptures. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice Proverbs 21:3 and when justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous Proverbs 21:15.

And now we pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ your Son, we come before your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one to you. Lord, you have seen the affliction, the electric shocks, the wounded skin, the fear in that apartment, the signs of entry, the unclear communication, and the attempts on life if they were indeed intentional. You know what was in every heart. We ask you to reveal the identity of the one who did this and anyone who helped them. Let nothing remain hidden. Bring forth the truth with perfect clarity so that justice can be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask for your protection to remain over your child, guard them as they walk and read your Word, and let no false accusation prosper. We pray for the police and all investigators, give them discernment and a love for truth. We pray for the former landlord, touch his conscience, break his hardness, lead him to stop lying and to take responsibility and to make restitution where it is due. We pray for the woman who has been abusive and restless and for the concierge who mocked suffering, have mercy on them, convict them of sin, grant them repentance and a heart of flesh that they may hear your call and submit to you. Heal the wounds on the body and calm the trauma in the soul. Let your will be done, Father, on earth as it is in heaven. Let your justice roll on like rivers and your mercy triumph where repentance is found. We trust you as our deliverer and our righteous judge. We have read your updates carefully and we hear how heavy and exhausting these months have been for you, living with fear in your own home and now facing repeated accusations and mocking. It is understandable to feel worn down when you have been shocked and hurt, not believed at first, and then confronted again while simply trying to walk in peace.

We are thankful with you that police have seen your innocence each time and that neighbors who saw your documentation and photos believed you. That matters, and it was wise of you to keep that documentation and to stay calm when confronted.

Emotional mistreatment can wear away at a person's sense of safety and worth long after the physical danger has passed, and it can leave you feeling on edge even when you are doing what is right. Please keep caring for yourself in this season.

A couple of steady next steps may help alongside prayer. Keep copies of your photos, electricians' notes, and any police records in a safe place outside your home and with a trusted person. For the skin injuries and the electric shocks you described, please have a medical professional check you as well as praying for healing. And continue to let the police handle false reports rather than engaging directly with those accusing you.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your protection over him, for truth to be made clear in the right way and time, and for justice tempered with mercy. Heal what has been wounded in body and spirit, give him wisdom for each conversation and rest in Your care. Soften hard hearts around him and draw all involved toward honesty and responsibility. Your burden has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord with you, and we continue to pray that He who sees in secret will bring what is hidden into the light.

We thank God that He has preserved your life. You have quoted well that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. We have seen in your testimony how persecution, even when it takes the form of slander, cruel mockings, venomous spite and false accusation, is used by the Lord to drive His people nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered as the result of such persecution that would never have been offered else. God has often blessed His people by such trials, not because the trial itself is good, but because it keeps up the separation between the church and the world and compels the soul to cling more closely to Christ.

We pray with you for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice. The Lord is a sure observer. He says, your motives were vile, your objects were sinful, and conscience must answer that it is true, for all that He says is true. There is no partiality with Him. We do not ask God to overlook sin, for justice must be vindicated. That vindication was seen most fully at the cross, where Jesus freely gave Himself up to die, so that the justice of God might be vindicated and that God might be just, and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. On that cross there was more of the vindication of justice than can be seen at any one time even in the depths of hell. Therefore we pray for justice according to His holy character, not according to our passion.

We pray that if wicked hands did indeed tamper with the heating and the electrical safety of that flat, and that if lives were endangered by design, the Lord would expose it. We pray that He would reveal the identity of any who planned or helped in such evil, and that lawful authorities would be given wisdom and diligence to discern the truth. We pray for the police who have twice seen your innocence and told you that you may go freely, that God would guide them to observe with impartial justice and to protect the innocent from false accusation. We pray also for the needful evidence, the documentation and the testimony of the electricians, to be weighed honestly.

And we pray with equal earnestness for the souls of those who have opposed you. We pray for the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, that the Holy Spirit would break his hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that he would stop lying and take responsibility where responsibility is due. We pray for the woman who has shouted lies and accusations, who is restless and agitated and spreads hate, that God would break her arrogance and bring her to see her need of repentance. We pray for the concierge who mocked your wounds and your suffering, saying this story could make it onto the BBC, that the Lord would show him the cruelty of such mocking and lead him to compassion and to truth. We do not pray that God would bless unrepentant sin or confirm anyone in falsehood. We pray that He would convict, that He would grant repentance unto life, for a just God forgives the repenting sinner according to His promise, and it would be unjust for Him to break His promise to receive all who come to Christ.

We pray for you, that the Lord would heal the wounds upon your skin and the deeper wounds of fear and distress, that He would keep you in perfect peace as you walk and read His Word, that He would give you wisdom to keep careful records, to seek godly counsel and lawful help, and to commit your cause to Him who judges righteously. May you be kept from both self justification which condemns itself, and from a spirit of vengeance, and may you be enabled to bring your faith to God's tribunal and say with the psalmist, Thy mercy, O Lord, endures forever.

We join our hearts in this prayer: O Father, Thou art just in all Thy ways. Let truth be uncovered. Let the innocent be protected. Let the guilty be brought to repentance and to lawful accountability. Let justice be satisfied, and let mercy triumph where there is confession through the blood of Jesus. We have heard your cry and we bring it before the Lord with you, asking Him who sees all things in secret to bring the truth into the light.

You have endured great affliction, danger in your own dwelling, electric shocks and wounds to your body, and then the added pain of false accusations, angry shouting, and being reported to the police while you were walking in peace. It is a heavy burden to be suspected when you are innocent, and to be mocked for injuries that others have confirmed were caused by dangerous and intentional tampering. We grieve with you for this, and we thank God that He has protected your life and that the police have seen your innocence and that neighbors have believed your documentation.

We pray now for perfect justice as only God can give it. He alone knows what is in every heart and what every intention was. We ask that if evil was done in that apartment, if the heating system was damaged or safety devices were disconnected to cause harm, that God would reveal it clearly. We pray that the identity of anyone who acted to harm you and anyone who helped them would be made known, not for private revenge but so that truth would be established. As the Scripture says, a matter is to be established by two or three witnesses, so we pray that lawful investigation, honest testimony, and clear evidence would confirm what happened, and that those in authority would act with fairness.

We pray also for those who have accused you and harmed you. We ask the Holy Spirit to break hardness of heart and to give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. For the former landlord who avoids you and will not speak, we pray that he would stop hiding and take responsibility where responsibility is due. For the woman who has shouted lies and spread hate and stirred others against you, we pray that her arrogance and restlessness would be broken, that she would be brought to see her own sin and to repent. For the concierge who mocked your injuries and suffering, we pray that God would touch his conscience and lead him away from cruelty and toward compassion and truth. We do not ask God to bless evil, but we ask Him to convict it, to bring repentance where there is sin, and to bring His righteous judgment where there is no repentance. May they hear His call and submit to Him.

We pray for you, that the Lord would keep you according to His promise in Psalm 34, that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, that affliction will slay the wicked and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. May God heal your body from the shocks you suffered, bring peace to your mind after so much fear and slander, and guard you from further harm. May He give you wisdom to keep careful records and to walk with witnesses, and may He give you grace not to return evil for evil but to leave room for the justice of God, who has said that vengeance belongs to Him and He will repay.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our salvation, we come to You. You see what was done in that apartment and You know every heart. Reveal the truth and let no lie stand. Protect Your child who has suffered, heal his wounds, and deliver him from false accusation. Establish justice through rightful means, and let all that was done in darkness be brought to light. Work in the hearts of the landlord, this woman, and the man who mocked him, that they would be convicted, tell the truth, repent, and make what restitution they can.
