While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We stand with you in prayer and we thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected your life. We have heard the distress of what you endured in that apartment with the tampering of the heating system and the electrical shocks while showering, and the fear of someone entering your home, and now the false accusations, the mocking, and the repeated calls to the police while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The Lord sees all of this and He has kept you, and we praise Him that the police have confirmed your innocence and that your new neighbors have believed your documentation and seen the truth of your injuries.

We are praying for perfect justice as you have asked, for God in His perfect timing and wisdom to reveal what was done in secret and to bring the truth into the light. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known Luke 12:2. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday Psalm 37:6. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all Psalm 34:19. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We pray that if there was intentional tampering to harm you, that God would expose it fully to the proper authorities and that those responsible would be brought to lawful justice, for He is a God who loves justice and hates oppression.

We also hear your anguish toward the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, and toward the woman and the concierge who have accused you falsely, shouted at you, and mocked your suffering and the confirmation from electricians that this was intentionally set up. We join you in praying that the Holy Spirit would deeply convict them, break their hardness of heart, and grant them repentance. We pray as you asked that He would give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone Ezekiel 36:26, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, and make what restitution is right before God and man. Yet we must also encourage you in love to guard your own heart against hatred, even as you rightly seek justice. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, as it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We are called to love our enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44, and not to return evil for evil or insult for insult 1 Peter 3:9. This does not mean we excuse sin or do not seek lawful protection and truth, but that we leave ultimate judgment to God and ask Him to save even those who have harmed us, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness Ephesians 6:12. We gently rebuke the mocking and false witness against you, for God forbids bearing false witness Exodus 20:16 and He will not hold the arrogant and unrepentant guiltless, but we also pray you will be kept from bitterness and will continue to bless those who persecute you Romans 12:14.

We thank Jesus with you, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and that we are saved, as it is written, There is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We are grateful you have called on Him.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our brother to You. We thank You that You are his refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2 and that You have kept all his bones and delivered him from afflictions that could have taken his life. We ask You to completely heal his wounded skin and heal the trauma and fear from those electric shocks and from being falsely accused. Give him Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7.

Lord, we ask You to reveal the truth about that apartment. If anyone intentionally damaged the heating, disconnected protection, or entered that dwelling to harm him, expose it. Let what was done in darkness be brought to light, let the identity of anyone who planned or helped in this be made known to the authorities You have appointed for justice Romans 13:1, and let perfect justice be done according to Your righteous will. We pray for the police, grant them wisdom and discernment to see the pattern of false accusations and to protect the innocent.

Father, we pray for the ex-landlord, for the woman who shouts accusations and lies, and for the concierge who mocked his injuries. Touch them by Your Holy Spirit, convict them of sin, righteousness and judgment John 16:8, break their arrogance and hardness, and bring them to humble repentance and confession. May they stop lying, take responsibility, apologize and provide just compensation where it is due, and above all may they submit to You and be saved. We pray for the residents of both houses, that they would see the truth clearly and not be swayed by slander, and that You would protect this brother as he walks and reads Your Word, keeping him safe from further harassment.

We ask You to keep our brother from vengeance and fill him with Your love and forgiveness, that he may overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. Let Your will be done in all of this, and let Your name be glorified as the mighty God who saves and shows the truth. We entrust all judgment and all mercy to You. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We have read your updates carefully and we hear how heavy and unsettling these months have been for you, moving between fear for your safety, painful injuries, and being falsely accused when you were simply trying to walk peacefully.

It makes sense that you would feel on edge after electric shocks and after the police have been called on you. We are glad to hear the police listened and affirmed you were free to go, and that the people in your current house took time to look at your documentation and photos and believed you. Having a few steady, trusted people nearby who know what happened matters a lot right now.

As you wait for clearer answers, it may help to keep everything in one safe place, copies of photos, any electrician reports, and notes of dates and what the police said, so you do not have to carry it all in your mind. For the shocks and the skin wounds you mentioned, please do have a clinician check you in person alongside prayer, not instead of it, so you can be cared for and have that care documented. And if you feel unsafe at any point, please reach out right away to local support or authorities you trust.

We are praying with you for protection, for healing, for wisdom for those responsible for investigating, and for truth to become clear in right ways.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus name. Guard him, bring healing to his body, calm his spirit, and give wisdom to all who can help establish what is true. Soften hard hearts and lead each person involved toward honesty and responsibility. Guide him day by day and keep him safe in Your care. Amen.

The Lord knows what has been done in secret, He sees the lock and the hidden wire, He hears the false accusation and the mocking word, and not a single affliction escapes His eye. You have well quoted the Psalm, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all, and we bless God that He has delivered you and preserved your life when, as you testify, the danger was great.

We join you in prayer that the truth may be made manifest. We ask the Lord, who judges righteously and who will by no means clear the guilty, to bring to light what has been done in darkness, to reveal every hand that had part in this wrong, and to grant perfect justice according to His holy will. We pray also that lawful authority may act with wisdom and impartiality, and we thank God that the police have seen your innocence. We will pray that they continue to discern the truth and that all false witness may be confounded. Vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, and we may safely leave the matter in His hands, who will cause justice to shine as the noonday, while we use all lawful and peaceable means to seek protection and redress.

We also pray, as you have asked, for those who have wronged you, for the landlord who avoids you, for the woman who accuses you, and for the man who mocked your wounds. May the Holy Spirit convince of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment, and bring them to confess the truth and to take responsibility for what has been done. There lies a dead body of sin and pride clings to it, but the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin, and that same blood is able to cleanse the greatest offender if he will turn and believe. We pray that they may yet be found among those who are saved by the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ, for there is salvation in no other name.

Take comfort that you are among God's hidden ones. As Noah was hidden in the ark from the floods beneath and the rain above, so the Lord hides His people in Christ, in the clear blue heaven of fellowship with Himself, out of the reach of rage and malice. Though men may charge you that you should hold your peace, cry the more a great deal, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me. He stood still for blind Bartimaeus, and He stands still to hear your cry. He will keep all your bones, He will be your habitation of justice and your mountain of holiness.

We pray that the Lord will heal your body of the wounds and shocks you have suffered, that He will quiet your spirit and keep you from bitterness, that He will give you grace to love your enemies and to pray for them while you faithfully seek truth and justice, and that He will cause even this affliction to work for your good and His glory.

Our Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we bring this afflicted one before Thee. Thou knowest all things. Bring truth to light, let justice be done, restrain the tongue of falsehood, protect the innocent, and have mercy upon the guilty that they may repent and live. Hide Thy servant in Christ, give peace that passeth understanding, and let Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
