While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join with you in prayer and we thank you for sharing this heavy burden with us, and we praise God with you that He has protected you and delivered you and shown your innocence before the police and before your neighbors. We have heard your cry for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we bring all of this before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.

We pray together for your protection and for the revealing of all hidden things. You are right that only God knows what is in the hearts of men and what their intentions are. As it is written, I, Yahweh, search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings Jeremiah 17:10. And also there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. We ask the Lord to shine His light on every deed done in darkness, whether it was carelessness or intentional tampering with the heating system and the electrical system that caused you to suffer electric shocks and wounds to your skin. If there was an attempt to harm you, we pray that God will expose it fully, that the identity of anyone who did this and anyone who helped them will be made known, and that perfect justice will be done according to His righteous judgment. We remember the word you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken Psalm 34:19-20, and we thank God that He has delivered you thus far.

We also pray for justice through the proper authorities, for God has ordained governing authorities to punish wrongdoing. As it is written, Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God Romans 13:1, and also Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We encourage you to continue to walk peaceably, to keep your documentation and photos and the testimony of the electricians, and to cooperate fully and respectfully with the police whenever they are called, as you have been doing. We praise God that the police have seen your innocence and told you that you are not a suspect and that they must now observe those who falsely accuse you. We pray for those officers, that God will give them wisdom and discernment to see the truth clearly and to act justly.

We lift up before the Lord the ex-landlord who is avoiding you and the woman who has shouted lies and accusations at you and the concierge who mocked your injuries and suffering. We understand your pain and anger when you have been falsely accused, mocked, and put in danger, and when no apology or compensation has been offered after months. Yet we must gently exhort you as our brother or sister in Christ to guard your own heart against hatred and bitterness, even as you rightly desire justice. The Lord calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44 and not to return evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but instead to bless 1 Peter 3:9. To call this woman evil and to speak of demons inside her may reflect how deeply you have been hurt, but we encourage you to release judgment into God's hands and to pray for their souls with compassion, desiring their repentance rather than their destruction. We pray that God will break any hardness and arrogance, as you asked, and give them a heart of flesh as He promised, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict the landlord to stop lying and take responsibility if he has done wrong, and that He will convict this woman and this subordinate who mocked you, so that they may come to repentance and submit to the Lord. God hates a lying tongue and hands that shed innocent blood Proverbs 6:16-17, and You shall not murder Exodus 20:13, and we pray that if any have shed or sought to shed innocent blood, they will be brought to deep conviction and to justice.

We also pray for you, that the Lord will heal your wounded skin, calm your spirit, and keep you from fear and unrest. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that you will continue to read your Bible peacefully as you were doing, that you will not grow weary in doing good, and that you will let no root of bitterness spring up to trouble you Hebrews 12:15. We ask God to surround the residents of both houses with clarity and truth, that they may not be swayed by lies and hate but may see what is right.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You together. You see all that has happened in that apartment, every entry, every wire and heating element, every shock and wound, every lie spoken and every false call to the police. Nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask You to reveal the truth in Your perfect timing and to bring perfect justice, whether through earthly authorities or at Your final judgment. Protect our dear one who prays, keep him safe as he walks and reads Your Word, heal his body and his heart, and let Your peace reign over him. Touch the landlord, this woman, and this concierge, break their hardness, humble their pride, bring them to repentance and to a heart of flesh that they may hear Your call and turn from all wrongdoing. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let Your name be glorified through truth and mercy and justice. We trust You as our mighty Savior who is mighty to save and who delivers the righteous out of all afflictions. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We have been reading what you have shared and we hear how heavy and frightening these past months have been. To feel unsafe in your own home, to carry injuries, and then to be accused and have police called while you were simply walking and reading is a lot to hold. It makes sense you are longing for truth to come to light and for peace where you live.

We are grateful the police listened and confirmed you were free to go, and that the people in your current house took time to look at your documentation and photos and believed you. Having even a few steady, calm witnesses around you matters when everything feels so charged.

It may help to keep a few steady supports in place as you continue to seek clarity. Keep your photos and any electrician or housing notes together in one safe place with dates, and share copies only with trusted professionals. Since you mentioned wounds and electric shocks, we encourage you to have a medical professional check them alongside prayer, not instead of it. And staying connected with a pastor or another trusted person who can walk with you in person can help you sort next steps and not carry this alone.

Father, we lift our brother to You. You see all that has happened and all that is still unclear. We ask for safety, for healing, for wisdom for every authority involved, and for truth to be known in Your way and time. Guard his heart from fear and bring calm to the relationships around him. Soften hearts where there is hardness and help him to rest in Your care. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your burden has been brought before the Lord and we have joined with you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to look upon all that has concerned you and to act according to His perfect wisdom and justice.

We thank God with you that He has preserved your life. You have known what it is to be under affliction and to feel that your dwelling itself was made a place of danger, and to bear wounds upon your body and cruel mockings and false accusations from those around you. The Lord knows what has been done in secret, for He is the sure observer who sees the heart and all its motives, and nothing is hidden from His eyes. What man cannot prove, God fully knows, and we pray that in His time and by His sovereign hand He will make the truth plain.

We pray that the Lord will reveal what is hidden and bring to light any evil that was done against you, whether in the tampering with what should have kept you safe or in any other act of malice. We ask Him to grant perfect justice, for justice belongs to Him. At the cross the justice of God was vindicated in the highest degree, where Christ bore the penalty that sin deserved, so that God might be just and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. We therefore leave vengeance in His hands and ask that earthly authorities to whom He has given the sword may be given wisdom and discernment, that the innocent may be protected and the guilty may be brought to account, and that no false accusation may prevail. We thank Him that those who serve as police have seen your innocence and we pray that He will continue to guide them to observe truthfully and to restrain false witness.

We also pray for those who have accused you and mocked your suffering, for the woman who has spoken against you, for the landlord who avoids responsibility, and for the concierge who has taunted you. We do not ask God to bless hardness of heart or deceit, but we ask that the Holy Spirit would convict and break that hardness, that He would take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that lies would cease and responsibility would be owned and that each soul would be brought to see the holiness of God's law and to seek mercy through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ alone. For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and until a sinner knows the price of divine blood he cannot know the value of divine mercy. May those who have shown no remorse hear His call and submit to Him while there is yet time.

In the midst of persecution and venomous spite we remember that the Lord often uses such trials to drive His people nearer to Himself and to keep the distinction between the church and the world clear. How many prayers have been offered through affliction that would never have been offered otherwise. We pray that this trial would have that blessed effect in you, that you would be kept close to Christ, that you would know His divine interpositions not always by miracle but by His wonderful providence in delivering your soul from death and your feet from falling. He keeps all the bones of His righteous and He will perfect that which concerneth you. All the weight of your trouble and fear the everlasting arches of His mercy can and will sustain.

We continue to pray for your protection as you walk in peace, for comfort in the remembrance of Psalm 34 that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and for those who live near you that their eyes may be opened to the truth and that they may act with compassion and honesty. May the Lord grant you quietness of spirit, confidence in His divine sovereignty which orders all things well, and a firm trust that He will bring your faith into the court of divine inspection and prove it true.

We commend you to Him who is mighty to save, praying that His will be done in revealing truth, in executing righteousness, and in showing mercy to all who will turn and believe. Amen.
