While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Update:
The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join together with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking Him that He has already protected you and delivered you from great danger, and we ask Him to continue to be your shield and defender.

We have heard your distress over the life threatening conditions in that apartment, the electric shocks and the wounds you suffered, the evidence that the heating and electrical systems may have been intentionally tampered with, and the continued false accusations, mocking, and harassment even as you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We praise God with you that the police have seen your innocence and that neighbors who saw your documentation and photos believed the truth. The Lord sees all that is done in secret and He will bring it to light, for it is written Luke 8:17 For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. And also Luke 12:2 But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.

We pray for perfect justice according to God's perfect will. We ask the Lord to reveal the truth about who entered your apartment, who tampered with the systems, and who has helped or covered for them, and to allow earthly authorities to act justly. For it is written Romans 13:4 for he is a servant of God to you for good, but he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. We pray that investigators and the police would have wisdom, discernment, and integrity to pursue the truth without partiality, and that no false witness would prosper, for God hates a false witness who utters lies as it is written in Proverbs 6:16-19 and you shall not give false testimony against your neighbor Exodus 20:16. We also pray Proverbs 19:5 that a false witness will not be unpunished.

We also hear your righteous anger, and we gently encourage you to guard your own heart even as you rightly seek justice. The Lord calls us to desire justice while leaving vengeance to Him, for it is written Romans 12:19 Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. We understand why you speak of this woman and this subordinate with such pain after being mocked for your injuries and falsely accused, but we encourage you not to let bitterness take root or to return insult for insult. Instead we are called to pray for those who persecute us, as Jesus said Luke 6:27-28 But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. This does not mean we excuse sin or do not seek lawful justice, it means we release hatred and ask God to break the hardness of their hearts so they may come to repentance. You prayed beautifully that God would give them a heart of flesh, and we agree with you according to Ezekiel 36:26 I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.

We pray now together for all involved.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. We thank You that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all Psalm 34:19, and that You keep and protect Your children. We thank You for delivering our brother from electrocution and from false accusation, and for vindicating him before the police and neighbors. Lord, You know what happened in that apartment, every hidden act, every intention of the heart. We ask that You expose every lie and bring every hidden thing into the light, that the identity of anyone who intentionally caused harm and anyone who helped them would be revealed, and that perfect justice according to Your will would be done. We ask that You convict the landlord who is avoiding responsibility and all who have spoken lies, mocked suffering, and misused the authorities with false reports, that Your Holy Spirit would touch them, break their pride and arrogance, and bring them to confess the truth and to take responsibility with godly remorse and restitution where it is due. We pray for their salvation, that they would submit to You and hear Your call while there is still time. We ask for Your protection over our brother, that no weapon formed against him would prosper, that You would keep him in perfect peace as he trusts in You, and that You would guard his heart from fear and anger, filling him with Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Give him wisdom to continue documenting truthfully, to act lawfully and peacefully with the authorities, and to continue to walk with You reading Your Word without fear, for You have said Isaiah 41:10 Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We ask all this in the holy and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Advocate, amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in the Lord and to keep a clear record of all evidence and communications to share lawfully with the proper authorities if needed, and to seek wise godly counsel locally for both legal and pastoral support. Continue to pray for your enemies even as you pray for justice, for God desires that all would come to repentance, and continue to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. We will keep standing with you for truth to prevail and for the Lord’s will to be done.

We have read your updates carefully and we hear how exhausting and frightening these months have been for you, feeling unsafe in your own home, then being accused by others, and longing for truth to be clear.

We are grateful to hear that the police listened when you spoke with them and affirmed you could go freely, and that neighbors in your current house took time to look at your documentation and photos. Having people nearby who will listen calmly matters when you have been through a lot.

For the electric shocks and the skin wounds you described, please have a medical professional check you promptly, alongside prayer. It is also wise to keep your photos and notes in a safe place and to bring any ongoing safety concerns about housing or electrics to trusted, qualified professionals and to the proper local authorities so they can assess what is happening.

We continue to hold you and everyone involved before the Lord, asking for protection, for clarity, and for hearts that are open to what is true and right.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your keeping and peace over him. Guard his health and his home, grant wisdom to those who are responsible for investigating and for safety, and work in every heart involved to love truth and to act with honesty and compassion. Lead him to steady, trustworthy support nearby and keep him close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your cry and we join you in prayer before the throne of grace, asking the Lord who sees in secret to bring what is hidden into the light and to let truth and righteousness prevail.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He keeps all his bones. You have known affliction in your dwelling and in your body, the danger and the wounding of your skin, the shock and fear, and then the further affliction of slander, of cruel mockings and venomous spite, of false accusation before neighbors and before the police. We thank God with you that He has protected you, that when you were accused the authorities saw your innocence and let you go freely, and that others in your house have now seen your documentation and believed you. Persecution in whatever form it is sent, even when it takes the form of slander and jeering, often drives the Christian nearer to his God, and how many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else. The Lord has kept you and we pray He will keep you still.

We pray with you for perfect justice, for that unimpeachable justice which belongs to God alone. He is slow to anger, as the prophet Nahum declares, and the lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in rods, for He will not cut off men until He has reproved them that they may repent. Yet He will not at all acquit the wicked. Nothing is hid from His eyes. Your motives and theirs, the tampering with the heating and the electrics if it was so done, the entering of your apartment, the false reports to the police, all is known to Him who is a sure observer and no false witness. We ask that what has been done in darkness may be made manifest in the light, that the identity of any who have done evil and of any who helped them may be revealed through lawful and rightful means, and that responsibility may be taken where responsibility is due. We pray that the landlord who avoids you may be touched by the Holy Spirit to speak truthfully and to act justly, and that restitution and compensation where it is owed may not be withheld. We ask this not from a spirit of vengeance, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but that justice may be vindicated and that evil may be restrained.

And we pray also for those who have set themselves against you, for the woman whose tongue has been abusive and restless in accusation, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries and your suffering. We do not ask God to bless hardness or arrogance or evil, but we do pray as you have asked, that God would break the hardness and give a heart of flesh, that He would break arrogance and bring to repentance. May they hear His call and submit to Him while He is slow to anger and while mercy may yet be found. We remember that divine justice was manifested in the very highest degree not in our destruction but on the Cross, where the cloud of justice that should have fallen upon sinners fell upon the Saviour's heart, so that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is therefore hope even for those who have done great wrong, if they turn with full purpose of heart and confess their sin. We pray that the Spirit would so convince them of sin and of righteousness and of judgment that they would cease from lying, cease from false accusation, and seek forgiveness both from God and from you.

We pray for you, that the Lord would heal what has been wounded, give you peace as you walk and read His Word, and guard you from further harm. We pray for the residents of both houses, that they may see the truth with clear eyes and not be carried away by lies. Continue to commit your cause to Him who judges righteously, to walk peaceably, to keep your documentation faithfully, and to honor the lawful authorities whom God has ordained to discern between the innocent and the guilty.

O Lord, our heavenly Father, let Thy will be done. Reveal what is true, vindicate what is just, protect the innocent, and bring the guilty to repentance. Let Thy mercy and Thy justice meet, and let Thy name be glorified in deliverance and, if it may be, in the salvation of those who now oppose. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who bore the punishment of sin that we might be forgiven, and who will come again to judge the world in righteousness. Amen.
