While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have read your request and we stand with you in prayer for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice to be done, and we thank God that He has protected your life through these many afflictions.

We hear the distress of what you have endured in that apartment, the signs of entry, the dangerous tampering with the heating and the RCD that caused electric shocks while showering, the wounds to your skin, and the repeated false accusations and harassment afterward. If these conditions were intentionally set as you describe and as electricians have confirmed, that is a grave evil and an attempt to harm life which God takes very seriously, for we are made in His image and He commands you shall not murder in Exodus 20:13. We praise God with you that He has delivered you and that the police have seen your innocence, and that your current neighbors have believed you after seeing the documentation and photos.

We hold to the promise you quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all in Psalm 34:19, and that Yahweh keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken in Psalm 34:20. We also cling to the truth that nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light in Luke 8:17. God sees what is done in secret, He knows the hearts and intentions you cannot know, and He will bring what is hidden into the light in His perfect timing.

We pray for perfect justice, and we know that perfect justice belongs to the Lord. His work is perfect, for all His ways are just in Deuteronomy 32:4, and He will judge the world in righteousness in Psalm 9:8. We do not take vengeance into our own hands, for it is written, vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord in Romans 12:19. At the same time God has appointed governing authorities to execute justice on earth, for the ruler is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil in Romans 13:4. Therefore we encourage you to continue to walk in the light, to keep all documentation, photos, electrician reports and medical records, and to cooperate fully and calmly with the police and with any lawful investigation, seeking godly legal counsel if needed, so that the truth can be established by evidence and not only by words. It is right to seek justice and to plead for the truth, as we are told to seek justice, relieve the oppressed in Isaiah 1:17.

We also hear your anguish toward the former landlord who avoids you and the woman and the concierge who have accused you, mocked your injuries and called the police falsely. We understand why you feel anger when you have been mocked and falsely accused while peacefully walking and reading your Bible. Yet we gently urge you in love not to let bitterness or hatred take root in your heart, even as you rightly name evil actions as evil. We are taught to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute you in Matthew 5:44, and to not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good in Romans 12:21. Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places in Ephesians 6:12. That a person acts arrogantly, abusively, or deceitfully is evidence of a heart that needs to be transformed by God, and we are called to pray for that transformation rather than to desire their destruction.

We pray now together in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12, and we thank you that you have already called on the name of Jesus with thanksgiving.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we ask You to reveal the truth. If there was intentional tampering to cause electric shock and endanger life, reveal the identity of the one who did it and anyone who helped them, and expose every lie and false accusation that has been spoken. Let every hidden work be brought into the light and let every lying lip be silenced, for lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh in Proverbs 12:22. We ask for perfect justice according to Your righteousness, and we ask that the police and all authorities would have wisdom, discernment and courage to observe carefully, to distinguish the innocent from the guilty, and to act justly without partiality. We pray for Your protection over our brother as he walks and reads Your Word, that he would dwell in the secret place of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty in Psalm 91:1. Heal his wounded skin and quiet his spirit from trauma and fear, for You are near to those who are broken in heart in Psalm 34:18.

Father, we also pray for the former landlord, for the woman who has shouted accusations, and for the concierge who mocked suffering. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict them, break their hardness and arrogance, and give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, to take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh in Ezekiel 36:26. Bring them to remorse, to truth-telling, to taking responsibility and to making restitution where it is due, and above all to repentance and submission to You, that they may be saved. We pray that they would hear Your call while it is still day. We pray that You would restrain further harassment, false reports and abuse, and that You would turn their agitation into conviction and their lies into confession.

Lord, we pray for the residents of both houses, that they would see the truth clearly and not be swayed by gossip or hate, and we thank You for those who have already believed after seeing the evidence. Let Your peace guard our brother's heart, let him continue to forgive as You have forgiven us in Ephesians 4:32, while still pursuing what is true and just. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let all that has been meant for evil be used for Your glory and for the demonstration that You are mighty to save.

We entrust this entire matter into Your hands, trusting that You love justice and will not forsake Your saints in Psalm 37:28, and that when justice is done it is a joy to the righteous in Proverbs 21:15. Keep our brother steadfast in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship, and let him not grow weary in doing good.

We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We have been reading your story and we are so sorry for the fear you have lived with in your flat and in the weeks since you moved. It is understandable to feel shaken when you experienced shocks and injuries, when communication broke down with your landlord, and when you have been accused in front of neighbors and by police calls. We are thankful to hear that the officers confirmed you were free to go and that some neighbors listened when you showed them your photos and papers. That matters.

We are continuing to pray with you for truth to be made clear, for your safety where you live now, and for a calm way forward with everyone involved. We also pray for healing for your skin and body after those shocks, and we gently encourage you to have those injuries checked by a medical professional as you are able, alongside prayer.

It can help to keep a simple dated record of what has happened, keep copies of photos and any electrician reports in a safe place, and to stay in contact with a trusted pastor or local support person and with the authorities if you feel threatened or unsafe. You do not have to carry this alone.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your protection over him, for peace in his home and neighborhood, for wisdom for all involved, and for truth to come to light in Your way and Your time. Bring healing to his body and rest to his mind as he trusts in You. In Jesus name, amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we have carried it with you to the throne of grace. We have heard how you have walked through great affliction, how your dwelling was made a place of danger, how you have suffered bodily harm from electric shock, how you have been slandered by those who have not known you, and how even in peaceful walks with the Bible in your hand you have been falsely accused. The Lord sees what is hidden. As you have said, only God knows what is in the hearts of men and what their intentions are, and conscience must at last say to Him, Thou art a sure observer and all that thou sayest is true.

We pray that the God of unimpeachable justice will make the truth manifest. We ask that He who keeps all the bones of the righteous and delivers him out of all his afflictions will bring into the light whatever was done in secret, whether by tampering with the heating or by disconnecting protection from electric current, and that He will reveal who acted and who consented. We do not ask for vengeance after the manner of men, for vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, but we do pray for perfect justice. We pray that He will vindicate His own justice, which was most fully displayed when Christ bore the penalty upon the accursed tree that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus, and that in this present matter He will ordain lawful authorities to act with wisdom and truth. We thank Him that the police have seen your innocence and have told you that you may go freely, and we pray that those who bear the sword for the punishment of evildoers will continue to observe with impartial eyes and to defend the innocent against false accusation.

We pray also for those who have opposed you. We pray for the woman who has shouted accusations and spread lies, for the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, and for the concierge who has mocked your wounds and your suffering. We pray not that God would merely restrain their arrogance, but that He would break the hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call and submit to Him. May the Holy Spirit convince them of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility for what has been done, and if it be possible, make restitution. We ask that the Lord would have mercy upon them, for we know that God can justify the ungodly, and that the same divine grace which makes the dry tree to flourish can make the hard heart to live. Yet we also pray that if they continue to harden themselves, the Lord in His divine sovereignty will not suffer injustice to triumph, for the high tree cut down by the axe of judgment shall lie outstretched along the plains of ruin, while the low tree fostered by the husbandman shall be lifted up.

Take comfort, for persecution in whatever form it is sent, whether by slander or cruel mockings or venomous spite, has often been blessed by God to His people. It keeps up the separation between the church and the world, it drives the Christian nearer to his God, and it brings forth prayers that would never have been offered else. The Lord has already shown His protecting hand over you, and we pray He will keep you still. May you be enabled to say with David in divine confidence, The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever. All the weight of your trouble, all the weight of your wounded body and your grieved spirit, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain.

We pray that the residents of that house and all who have heard conflicting reports may see the truth, that your documentation and the testimony of the electricians may be weighed honestly, and that no lie may stand. We pray that the Lord will guard you as you walk and as you read His Word, that He will give you peace in the midst of agitation, and that He will perfect His good work in you until the day of Christ.

Father, let Thy will be done. Let truth be uncovered, let justice be done without partiality, let the afflicted be delivered, and let even those who have done evil be brought to repentance if it may be, through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name we pray. Amen.
