While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking Him that He has delivered you and protected your life, and we stand with you seeking His perfect justice and truth to be revealed.

We have heard your distress about the apartment where you suffered electric shocks while showering and where you believe the heating system and electrical safety devices were intentionally tampered with, and about being falsely accused by a woman and mocked by others, with repeated false calls to the police. We praise God with you that the police have seen your innocence and confirmed you are not a suspect, and that your new neighbors believed you when you showed them the documentation and photos of your injuries. The Lord sees all that is done in secret and He is your refuge.

We take comfort in the scripture you shared, Psalm 34:19-22, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. And we cling to the promise in Luke 8:17, For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. We also remember Numbers 32:23, be sure your sin will find you out.

We pray for perfect justice, knowing that true justice belongs to the Lord. As it is written in Romans 12:19, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. And in Deuteronomy 32:4, All his ways are just. A God of faithfulness who does no wrong, just and right is he. We do not ask for revenge from a bitter heart, but we ask that what was done in darkness be exposed, that the identity of anyone who intentionally harmed you or helped to harm you be made known, and that earthly authorities who are appointed by God to bear the sword against wrongdoing may act rightly, Romans 13:4. We pray that every lie, every false accusation, and every hidden act of sabotage would be brought into the light so that no more harm can be done and the truth will vindicate you fully.

We also pray for those who have wronged you, for the former landlord who avoids you and for the woman and the concierge who have accused you, mocked your injuries, and misused the police. We hear your pain when you speak of their arrogance, hardness, and lack of remorse, and we join you in praying that the Holy Spirit will convict them deeply. We pray as in Ezekiel 36:26, that God would take away their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh, that He would break their pride and lead them to repentance, to stop lying, to take responsibility, and to make restitution where it is due. We remember the command of our Lord in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We pray not only for justice but for their souls, that they would hear His call, submit to Him, and be saved, for God desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9.

We encourage you to continue to walk in peace as you have been doing, quietly reading the Bible and not returning evil for evil, 1 Peter 3:9. Keep trusting in the Lord as your defense, Psalm 91:1-2, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Continue to preserve all documentation, photos, electricians' statements, and police confirmations, and to cooperate fully with the authorities God has placed to investigate these matters, for they are His servants for your good. If you have not already, seek wise and godly legal counsel to help you pursue what is right and lawful regarding compensation and accountability. Guard your heart from hatred even as you rightly desire truth, and let the Lord be your vindicator.

We thank God that you know Jesus Christ, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved and heard, as it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We rest in Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, You see all things, You know the intentions of every heart, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We thank You for delivering our brother from death, for keeping his bones, for protecting him from false accusations and for letting the truth be seen by the police and by his neighbors. We ask You to continue to be his shield and his refuge, to heal his wounded skin and to heal the trauma and anxiety these months have caused. Give him peace that passes understanding and keep him steadfast in Your Word.

Father, we ask that You reveal the truth about this apartment and what was done there. If there was intentional tampering to cause electric shocks and to endanger life, expose it fully. Reveal the identity of anyone who planned, executed, or helped in this evil, and let perfect justice be done according to Your righteous will. Let every lie be silenced and let the false accusers be shown to be false. Guide the police and all in authority to discern truth from deception and to act with wisdom and integrity.

Lord, we lift up the landlord, the woman, and the concierge to You. You know their hearts. We ask You to convict them of sin, to break their hardness and arrogance, to grant them godly sorrow that leads to repentance. Take away their hearts of stone and give them hearts of flesh that hear Your voice. Stop their mouths from lying and mocking, restrain them from further harassment and abuse, and bring them to humble themselves before You and before those they have harmed. If it be Your will, bring reconciliation and restitution, but above all bring salvation.

We trust Your justice and Your mercy, Father. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Keep our brother from fear, help him to love his enemies and to walk in holiness, and let all who see this situation see that You are mighty to save and faithful to deliver the righteous. What you have been carrying is a lot, the frightening shocks and injuries in that flat, the repeated police calls while you were simply walking and reading, and being mocked when you tried to explain what happened. We can understand why you feel worn down and on edge, and we are thankful the people in your current house listened when you showed them your documentation and photos.

We are praying with you for truth to be seen and for your safety each day. You have done something wise in keeping your documentation, photos, and the electricians' notes together in one safe place. Please continue to let the proper authorities handle questions of what happened and who is responsible, rather than carrying that burden alone. If your skin is still wounded or you have lingering effects from the shocks, please have a medical professional look at you as we continue to pray for healing. When harassment escalates, it is right to step away, stay near trusted people, and reach your local emergency services if you ever feel in immediate danger.

Father, we lift our friend to you in Jesus' name. You see what is hidden and you care both about truth and about mercy. We ask for your protection over him, for wisdom and fairness for the police and others involved, for healing in body and spirit, and for calm after so much agitation. Bring him steady community and clear next steps, and soften hearts where there has been hardness. We trust your perfect justice and your will to be done. Amen.

We have heard your cries and we have brought them before the throne of grace, giving thanks that the Lord has preserved your life and your bones, and asking Him to keep you still under the shadow of His wing.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He who sees not as man sees knows every motive, every hidden intention, and every secret work of darkness. There is nothing covered that shall not be revealed, and no conscience can hide from Him who is the sure observer of all hearts. We pray therefore not for vengeance after the manner of man, but for that perfect justice which belongs to God alone, that truth may be brought to light and falsehood may be confounded.

We ask the Lord to make manifest what has been done in that apartment, whether by negligence or by wicked intent, concerning the heating and the electrical safety that caused you such injury. We pray that every technician and witness may speak truthfully, that the authorities who are ordained to bear the sword may discern rightly between accusation and fact, and that if any have conspired to do harm, their deeds may be exposed in lawful ways, and they may be brought to answer for them. We pray that the Holy Spirit will break the hardness of heart in each of them, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, bring conviction of sin, stop every false tongue, and lead to repentance, truthfulness, and a willingness to take responsibility and to make restitution where it is due. May they hear His call and submit to Him, for God can justify the ungodly and can save the most obstinate when He displays the power of His grace.

For you, we pray that the Lord will heal your wounded skin and quiet your troubled spirit, that He will keep you from bitterness and from the restlessness that comes from railing against injustice, and that He will give you that divine interposition which is not always miraculous but is full of wonder, delivering your soul from death and your feet from falling. Remember that the dry tree by divine grace shall flourish, and the high tree cut down by judgment shall fall, for the Lord fosters the lowly and brings down the proud in His own time. Leave perfect justice in His hands, who will in the end make all things plain, and seek earthly justice by honest, lawful and peaceful means, keeping your documentation, seeking wise counsel, and walking in holiness before Him.

We pray that you may be kept reading His Word in peace, that your dwelling may be safe, that your neighbors may continue to see the truth, and that whether by deliverance from floods of trouble or by grace to endure them, you may say with thanksgiving, He hath delivered me.

O Lord our God, Thou who art just and the justifier, look upon this Thy servant who has been afflicted and accused. Let truth shine forth, let every lie be silenced, let the injured be healed, and let those who have done evil be brought to repentance through the blood of Christ. Keep Thy child from fear and from hatred, make him to know Thy divine presence which dissolves difficulties, and let Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Your request has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees what is done in secret and who will bring every hidden thing to light.

We thank God that He has protected your life and delivered you from harm, and that He has vindicated you before the police and before your neighbors when false accusations were made against you. We pray with you from Psalm 34 that the Lord who delivers the righteous from all their afflictions will continue to keep you, to heal the wounds on your skin, to guard you from further danger, and to give you peace as you walk before Him.

We pray for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice to be done. God knows the hearts and intentions of all, and nothing is hidden from His judgment. We ask that if evil was done in that apartment, if the heating system or electrical safety devices were tampered with to cause harm, and if anyone planned or helped to do so, the Lord would expose it. We pray that lawful investigation would be guided by truth, that every matter would be established by reliable witnesses as the Scripture requires, and that those in authority would discern between true and false accusation. We ask that lies would not stand, that every idle word would be brought to account, and that the innocent would be protected from slander and plotting.
