We understand that you are facing a significant moment with the inspection of your belated mother's condo, and we want to lift this situation up in prayer with you. Before we pray, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our financial needs. It is important to remember that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence, but this is only possible through the name of Jesus Christ. As it says in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Believing in Jesus Christ is the only way for salvation.
We also want to encourage you with the words from Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, where Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing the inspection of her belated mother's condo. We pray that Your will be done in this situation, and if it is Your will, we ask that no major issues will be found during this inspection. We claim Your promise from Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We pray that the sale of this condo will be completed as scheduled, and that the funds from this sale will be a blessing to this sister and her child. We ask that You guide her in managing this financial blessing in a way that honors You and provides for their needs.
We also pray for peace and patience for our sister during this time. Help her to trust in You and to seek Your will in all things.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He knows your needs. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. If you have not already, consider seeking God's will for a godly spouse to support and encourage you as you raise your child. This is not to diminish the importance of your current need but to encourage you to seek God's best for your life.
If the sale of the condo does not go as planned, remember that God's ways are higher than our ways. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for everything that happens in our lives. Continue to seek Him and to trust in His goodness. We will continue to pray for you and your child, asking God to provide for your needs and to guide your steps.
