We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in fervent prayer, believing in the power of Jesus Christ to break every chain of darkness. The Bible assures us that "He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed" (Luke 4:18). There is no name of possession or power of the enemy that can withstand the authority of Jesus’ name, "for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).
First, we must address the truth that no believer in Christ can be possessed by the devil, for the Holy Spirit dwells within us (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). However, we can be oppressed or influenced by spiritual strongholds, sin, or generational curses. The enemy may seek to deceive you into believing you are bound by a "name" or label, but in Christ, you are a new creation, "the old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17). You are not defined by the enemy’s lies but by your identity in Jesus.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, deception, and oppression in your life. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow (Philippians 2:9-11). We command any assignment of the enemy against you to be dismantled now, in Jesus’ mighty name. You are not a possession of the devil, you are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You that belongs to You and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask You to break every chain, remove every lie, and sever every tie to darkness that has sought to oppress them. Your Word declares that "whom the Son sets free is free indeed" (John 8:36), so we declare free from every snare of the enemy.
We renounce any agreement has made, knowingly or unknowingly, with fear, shame, or condemnation. We cancel every assignment of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy in their life (John 10:10). Holy Spirit, fill with Your truth, peace, and power. Remind them that they are washed clean by the blood of Jesus, forgiven, and set apart for Your purposes.
We plead the blood of Jesus over ’s mind, body, and spirit. Let no weapon of the enemy prosper against them, and let every voice that does not align with Your Word be silenced. We pray for a fresh revelation of ’s identity in Christ, holy, beloved, and victorious. Surround them with godly community, Scripture, and worship to reinforce their freedom.
Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment for to walk in the fullness of their salvation. May they daily put on the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and stand firm in the liberty Christ has purchased for them. We thank You that the devil has no claim over , for they are sealed by Your Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14).

1. Renounce the Lies: Verbally reject any name, label, or identity the enemy has tried to assign to you. Speak aloud: "I am not a possession of the devil. I am a child of God, redeemed by Jesus Christ."
2. Fill Your Mind with Truth: Meditate on Scripture that affirms your identity in Christ (e.g., Ephesians 1:3-14, Romans 8:1-2, 1 Peter 2:9). The enemy flees when we resist him with the Word (James 4:7).
3. Flee from Sin: Sin gives the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). Confess any unrepentant sin and turn away from it. Walk in holiness, for "without holiness, no one will see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14).
4. Stay in Community: Isolation is a tactic of the enemy. Surround yourself with believers who will pray for you, hold you accountable, and remind you of God’s truth (Hebrews 10:24-25).

No such name has any hold on you if you are Christ’s. The evil one is a liar from the beginning, and this fear that a possession of the devil is written upon you is one of his arrows, shot in the dark to make you doubt your own Father. Look it full in the face and see if it has not the horns of the Evil One stamped on its brow. He would have you imagine that the blood of Jesus is insufficient, that your deliverance is incomplete. But what does the Scripture say? The Father has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. You are not the devil’s property; you are bought with a price, and that price was the ransom found by God Himself, the precious blood of Christ. Let this be settled in your heart: no dark dominion remains over a soul for whom Christ has died and who has fled to Him for refuge.
You ask that the name of a devil’s possession be deleted. Such a deletion is not accomplished by merely saying words, but by a true possession of your inheritance in Christ Jesus. Arise, go over this Jordan and take possession. The house of Jacob shall possess their possessions only through holiness, for upon Mount Zion there is deliverance, and there shall be holiness. If you are indulging any known sin, giving place to the devil by unholy conduct or fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, then cut it off, mortify it, and have done with it. The old, natural method of confronting evil with our own strivings does not succeed; rather, overcome evil with good. Flee to Jesus, who is your sanctification. He who has delivered you from the guilt of sin will also deliver you from its power. Doubt not your deliverance, for God has said, “I have found a ransom.” That deliverance became effectual when the Lamb was slain, and no Pharaoh can hold you beyond His appointed hour.

The bondage you fear, a name of possession you believe the devil holds, is not the true slavery. Many feel shame at such things, but feel none for the bondage of sin, which is the most grievous slavery. Yet from this, God alone can deliver; to forgive sins belongeth to none other. Think not to say, "I have this name of possession," as if it were a fixed mark. Do not despair because of the threat, for you are able to repent and reverse the denunciation, like the Ninevites. If the type was a deliverance from such bondage, how much more will the truth set free? He gave thanks and appointed the sacrament, saying, "Take, eat, this is my body," to show good hopes. Why do you shudder? Why fear him that has been brought to nothing? Through death He destroyed him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and delivered those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. Grow not remiss because of the promise, but bring forth a self-chosen poverty of spirit, not avoiding words of renunciation as ill omen. For nothing is richer than he who chooses this of his own accord and with a ready mind, and such a one is in no way like a demoniac, lost to shame.
