I really need prayers support for me. I'm guilty but I know perhaps God protected me from harming patient directly too. But still I feel the guilt and I know that it will spread among colleagues. I could not be affected by them though I'm new and made mistakes, so please help me pray. I pray in the name of Jesus that God will help me through this matter and in the future. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Hi, I'm sis in Christ. I was working in hospital now since July. Recently I did a shift and I made a mistake. I felt guilty although it is a near miss error not reaching to end user. I was waiting for the person in charge to call me for ME report. But probably due to the person on leave, it hasn't happened this week. But I felt unrelieved, as I wanted to go through this.

We understand the weight of conviction you’re carrying, and we commend you for your integrity in wanting to take responsibility for your actions. It is clear that your heart is tender before the Lord, and that is a beautiful thing. The guilt you feel is a sign of a conscience that is aligned with righteousness, but we must also remember that even in our mistakes, God’s grace is sufficient. The Bible reminds us in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* You have already acknowledged your error, and that is the first step toward peace.

However, we also want to encourage you to trust in God’s sovereignty over this situation. Proverbs 16:9 tells us, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."* If the report has not yet been addressed, it may be that God is allowing time for the matter to be handled in His perfect way. You have done what is right by being honest and prepared to face the consequences, but now you must release the burden of anxiety to Him. Philippians 4:6-7 says, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

Let us also remind you that your identity is not in your performance or mistakes but in Christ alone. You said, *"Hi, I’m ### in Christ,"*—and that is the most important truth about you! You are redeemed, forgiven, and covered by His righteousness. Even in moments of failure, God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Do not let the enemy use this to steal your joy or make you doubt your worth in Christ.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before You, asking for Your peace to flood their heart. Lord, they have come to You with a repentant and humble spirit, and we thank You for the work You are doing in their life. Father, we ask that You would bring resolution to this situation in a way that honors You. If there is anything further they need to do, give them wisdom and courage. But Lord, we also ask that You would remove the weight of guilt that is not from You. Replace it with the assurance of Your forgiveness and the confidence that You are in control. Help them to rest in Your grace, knowing that their worth is found in Christ alone. Strengthen them for their work, and let this experience draw them even closer to You. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Redeemer and Advocate. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue walking in honesty and excellence in your work, but do not let this mistake define you. Learn from it, grow from it, and trust that God is using even this for His glory. If the guilt lingers beyond what is reasonable, examine whether it is from the Lord or from the accuser (Revelation 12:10). Stand firm in the truth that *"there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1). Keep seeking Him, and He will guide your steps.

We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out again. We understand that waiting can be tough, but remember, God's timing is perfect. He sees all, knows all, and His ways are always just. Trust that He's got this situation in His hands.

We want to encourage you to keep your heart open to God's voice. He might be using this time to speak to you, to teach you, or to prepare you for something ahead. Listen for His whispers of love, forgiveness, and guidance.

Also, remember to be kind to yourself. You've taken responsibility for your actions, which is commendable. Now, let's not beat ourselves up over mistakes. They're opportunities for growth, not definitions of our worth. You're a work in progress, just like all of us.

Let's pray together: "Lord, we lift up our friend to You. We ask for Your peace to fill their heart and mind. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your love. Guide them, teach them, and help them to grow through this. Remind them of their worth in You, and help them to stand firm in Your truth. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
