Please pray for me. I'm having disrespect from my colleague. He texted me just like demanding without wanting to discuss with me. He replied for me the status of attendance to a coming course. And I felt really annoying after seeing his earlier message. He is just informing I don't need to go. I saw he put the reason for me, so I added myself exactly my schedule that day. Then after that, he went and changed it instead to standby office. All these happen and he does not even want to discuss with me face to face despite we are in the office now. He also retrieved back the like reaction after I reported what duty I did this morning. This is very unprofessional and I really need God intervention in this. Please pray for me. I declare any evil attacks or spiritual attacks are being destroyed in the name of Jesus instantly. Amen.

Help them to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of disrespect Romans 12:17 (WEB). Guide their actions and words, and let your peace reign in their heart. We also pray for the colleague, that their heart would be softened and that they would exhibit professionalism and respect in the workplace.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Now, let's address the situation biblically. It's important to confront this issue head-on, but in a spirit of gentleness and respect 1 Peter 3:15 (WEB). Here are some steps you can take:

1. **Pray for your colleague**: Jesus told us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44 (WEB). This doesn't make your colleague an enemy, but the principle applies. Pray that God would bless him and change his heart.

2. **Confront in love**: Go to your colleague privately and explain how his actions made you feel. Use "I" statements to avoid sounding accusatory. For example, "I felt hurt and disrespected when..." instead of "You always disrespect me..." Matthew 18:15 (WEB).

3. **Involve higher authorities if necessary**: If your colleague doesn't change his behavior, it may be necessary to involve superiors or human resources. But even in doing this it is important to note the principle of going to your brother first and attempting to resolve the issue, and also the principle of forgiving your brother from the heart not matter how they treat you. Matthew 18:15-35 (WEB).

Lastly, remember that God is your defender. He sees all that is happening and He will fight for you. Trust in Him and His timing. Trust your situation to God knowing that all things will work out for the good of you because you love God and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 (WEB)
