We come before the Lord with hearts burdened for your situation, lifting up your financial struggles and the unjust legal battles your brother’s company is facing. First, we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We are grateful you have turned to the Lord in this request, and we join you in seeking His divine intervention.
The financial oppression and legal injustices you describe weigh heavily, and we recognize the enemy’s hand in prolonging these struggles to steal peace, joy, and provision. Yet, we are reminded of God’s promise in **Psalm 37:5-6 (WEB)**, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* The Lord sees the corruption and the years of open BoEs that have been used as tools of oppression. He is not blind to the illegal cases against your brother’s company—He is a God of justice, and He will vindicate the righteous in His perfect timing.
We also recall the words of **Isaiah 54:17 (WEB)**, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.* The schemes formed against your family will not prosper if you stand firm in faith and righteousness. The Lord is your defender, and He will expose the wickedness behind these financial and legal attacks.
However, we must also ask: Have you sought godly counsel and wisdom in navigating these matters? Proverbs 15:22 (WEB) tells us, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* If you have not already, we urge you to seek wise, Spirit-led advisors—whether in legal, financial, or spiritual matters—who can help you navigate these challenges biblically. The Lord often works through the wisdom and actions of His people, and He may be leading you to take specific steps in faith while trusting Him for the outcome.
Let us also examine our hearts in this season. Are there areas where unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear have taken root because of these trials? **Hebrews 12:15 (WEB)** warns, *"Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* If so, we must release these to the Lord, for they can hinder our prayers and open doors to further attack. Forgiveness does not excuse injustice, but it frees *us* from the bondage of resentment and allows God to move on our behalf.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family and their burdens to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the God who sees the affliction of Your people, and You are the One who parts the Red Sea when there seems to be no way out. We ask You to intervene supernaturally in the financial ministry that has held these BoEs open for years—expose the corruption, Lord, and move upon the hearts of those in authority to grant unconditional relief. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). Break every illegal chain and close every unjust case against our brother’s company. Let the truth prevail, and let the enemy’s plans be turned back upon his own head.
Father, we also ask for Your wisdom to flood their hearts and minds. Lead them to the right counselors, the right strategies, and the right steps to take in this season. Give them discernment to recognize Your voice above the noise of fear and confusion. Where there has been any sin—known or unknown—that has given the enemy a foothold, we ask for Your conviction and cleansing. Let Your Holy Spirit search their hearts and reveal anything that needs to be repented of, that they may walk in full righteousness before You.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of oppression, delay, and financial bondage in Jesus’ name. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we declare that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. Restore what has been stolen, multiply what has been sown in tears, and let this family testify of Your faithfulness. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, they *will* reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
Finally, Father, we ask that You surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let them rest in the assurance that You are fighting for them, even when they cannot see the breakthrough. Fill them with Your joy and hope as they wait upon You.
