Do not delay in seeking help, for your safety and the safety of others in the home is of utmost importance.
We also lift up your anxiety and stress in this situation. The uncertainty and frustration of dealing with unresponsive parties can weigh heavily on the mind and heart. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We pray that God’s peace would settle over you, calming your fears and giving you clarity in how to proceed.

May the Holy Spirit convict him of his responsibility to care for those under his stewardship, as Scripture commands in Luke 12:48, *"From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked."*
Lord, we come before You now, lifting up this urgent situation. We ask for Your divine intervention—protect this home from harm, whether by fire or any other danger. Guard the minds and hearts of all involved, granting peace where there is fear and urgency where there is delay. Stir the landlord to take immediate action, and provide the necessary resources and people to resolve this matter swiftly. Father, we also ask for Your provision should this situation require relocation or repairs beyond what can be immediately afforded. You are Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in You.
We rebuke any spirit of procrastination, neglect, or irresponsibility that may be hindering this situation. In the name of Jesus, we declare that this matter will be resolved with haste and that no harm will come to those in this home. We pray for the technicians and all who will be involved in addressing this issue—that they would be guided by Your wisdom and diligence.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time. Psalm 56:3 says, *"When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you."* Lean on Him, cast your cares upon Him, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.
