Please pray for my anxiety and my mental health. I've been depressed due to my social anxiety. I feel like I'm never going to overcome my social anxiety. And I don't necessarily have anyone to talk to (besides God) about my personal feelings.

Father we pray for this dear person. Lord give them your wisdom, your strength, and your peace. So many people, father, suffering with social anxiety, panic attacks, and severe depression. Father, we live in a stressful world with a lot of expectations upon us and, in fact, a lot of false values. Teach us, Lord, to see truth and to be willing to stand alone defending it. Father, I pray for all who suffer these debilitating emotional issues, that have driven many to despair. Lord, I pray that each and every individual who suffers this way will have their eyes and hearts opened to the power and promptings of your holy spirit. I pray, Lord, they will come to the realization that there is really only an audience of ONE, and that is you. Father, let them know that you adore them, you love them so much that you died for them. May they come to know the healing power of your sacrifice and love for them. In Jesus name amen.
