We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. It's important to remember that God honors those who serve with diligence and patience, as reflected in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
In dealing with unresponsive parents and students, we should first examine ourselves to ensure we are exemplifying the love and patience of Christ. As it is written in 1 Timothy 4:12: "Let no man despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity."
For those who are not attending or communicating, we should pray for their hearts to be turned towards wisdom and respect. Ephesians 6:1-3 reminds us: "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with a promise, 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.'" This respect should extend to teachers and leaders as well.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this teacher and their class. Lord, we ask for a spirit of cooperation and respect to fill the hearts of the parents and students. We pray especially for Michael, Lilley, Lily, and Lucas, that they may be drawn to honor their commitments and communicate openly.
Father, give this teacher the wisdom and grace to handle these challenges with Your love and patience. Help them to be an example of Your character in their classroom. Turn the hearts of the parents and students towards respect and diligence.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's wisdom and strength. Stand firm in your role, knowing that your work is valuable to God. Keep praying and trusting in the Lord for guidance and breakthrough.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
