Please pray for my daughter to find a job. She has moved to a new city and is looking for a new job. Please pray all these in Jesus name.

We hear your heartfelt plea for your daughter’s employment, and we join you in lifting this matter before the Lord. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Your daughter’s move to a new city and her search for work is a season of transition, and we believe God is already at work in ways unseen.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine provision and favor over this precious daughter. Lord, You know the desires of her heart and the needs she has. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and lead her to a workplace where she can thrive and glorify You. Give her wisdom in her search, courage in her interviews, and peace in the waiting. May she find a job that not only meets her practical needs but also aligns with Your purpose for her life. We ask that You surround her with godly mentors, supportive friends, and a church family that will encourage her in this new season. Strengthen her faith as she trusts in You, and let her experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways.
We also want to encourage her, and you, as her parent, to remain steadfast in prayer and patience. The Lord’s timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with our own. Psalm 37:23-24 assures us, "A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand." Remind her that her worth is not defined by her employment status but by her identity as Your beloved child. If she is feeling discouraged, let her meditate on Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
If there are any areas in her life, or in this season of transition, that need alignment with Your will, we pray for conviction and repentance. May she seek You first in all things, as Matthew 6:33 instructs, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We declare that she will not be anxious about tomorrow but will trust in You for her daily bread.
Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust that You are working even now to provide for her needs and to guide her steps. May she feel Your presence and peace in this season, and may her testimony of Your faithfulness be a light to others. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We have heard your burden and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace, for it is a good and right thing to bring the needs of our children before our heavenly Father.
Your daughter being in a new city and seeking employment is known to the Lord who orders our steps and appoints the bounds of our habitation. As we have seen in the case of Job, whom the Lord tried and afterwards restored, our longest sorrows have a close and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our need. Job kept right with God under trial and sinned not with his lips, and in due time the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed. So let us imitate such childlike confidence and look to Him for divine support, believing that He is able to provide for His people in temporals as well as in spirituals, and that He will withhold no good thing from them that walk uprightly.
Let us pray together.
O Lord our God, who art the Father of mercies, we bring this daughter before Thee. Thou knowest her name and her dwelling and her need. Grant her favour in the sight of those with whom she seeks employment, and in Thy providence open such a door as Thou wouldst have her enter, that she may labour honestly and provide things honest in the sight of all men. Keep her in this new city from all evil, guide her steps, and cause her to find not only a place of work but a faithful assembly where Christ is preached and Thy Word is honoured. Above all we ask that she may know and trust the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, and find her rest in Him. Give to her seeking parent a calm and patient heart to wait upon Thy will, as Job waited, and to see Thy hand in all things.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
