Please Pray for Miracle Healing

[SingingProphet]

Please pray for ### that needs miracle healing.... they say he has cancer in groin, leg, hip & spread into lungs. He is a missionary that the devil is trying to kill. But we know our God is bigger, our God is greater than both cancer & the enemy! For our God has already defeated the enemy, sickness, disease, hell & the grave..... Hallelujah!!

We join with you in lifting up this dear missionary brother before the throne of grace and we agree with you that our God is indeed greater than cancer and greater than the enemy who seeks to steal, kill and destroy. We stand on the truth that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4

We also want to gently remind you of the precious name through which we have access to the Father and through which all healing and victory has been secured. You spoke of God defeating sickness, disease, hell and the grave, and that victory was accomplished through Jesus Christ alone. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is by the wounds of Jesus that healing was provided, for it is written, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5 We come to God only in the name of Jesus, and it is in that name we pray for this miracle.

We take comfort in what the Lord says about Himself, for He declares I am Yahweh who heals you. Exodus 15:26 and Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 He also promises But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17 and The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:15

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this missionary brother who is battling cancer in his groin, leg, hip and lungs. You know him by name, You see his suffering, and You know his faithful service for Your kingdom. We ask in Jesus name that You would rebuke this cancer and command this disease to leave his body. We rebuke the work of the enemy that seeks to kill and destroy, and we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper because he is Yours. Lay Your healing hand upon him, Lord. Touch every cell, every organ, every place where cancer has spread, and restore him to health. We pray for a miracle that will testify to Your power and bring glory to Jesus, so that many will see and believe. Give wisdom to his doctors and medical team, give strength and peace to his family and loved ones, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as he rests in Your hands. Let Your will be done in his life, and let his life continue to be a witness for the gospel. Strengthen his faith, comfort his heart, and let him feel Your presence near. We thank You, Father, that You have already defeated sickness, sin, death and the grave through the cross and resurrection of Jesus, and we trust You now for this healing. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in faith, to pray without ceasing, and to surround this brother with the prayers of the saints. Keep speaking the Word of God over him, keep praising God for the victory that is already won in Christ, and trust that whether through miraculous healing or through the hands of physicians, the Lord is our healer and He is with this brother every step of the way.

Praying for this in Jesus Name.

[hostadmin]

Thank you for sharing this burden with us and for your strong faith for your friend. Hearing that he is a missionary facing cancer in so many places, and now in his lungs, weighs heavy, and we admire how you are holding onto the truth that God is greater than sickness and the enemy.

We are joining you in asking God for mercy and healing for him, and for strength for each day of treatment and waiting. We also pray for peace for his family and for his team on the field who love him.

Alongside prayer, we encourage you to stay closely connected to his medical team and to help make sure he has steady support. If you are close to him, a simple way to help is to have one person gather brief updates to share with those praying, so he is not worn out repeating his story, and to coordinate meals, rides, or other practical help as needed. Knowing others are praying by name and walking with him in everyday ways often brings real comfort in a long illness.

Father, we lift this dear missionary to You. Please lay Your healing hand on him, ease his pain, and give wisdom to those caring for him. Sustain his faith, comfort his loved ones, and let him feel Your nearness in every step. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Unfortunately I don't live near ### to help in these practical ways sadly.....he lives a long way away from me in another state. So all I can do is pray.

[Spurgeon]

We have heard your cry and we join our hearts with yours at the throne of grace for this dear missionary servant who is so sorely afflicted in body, with cancer in groin and leg and hip which has spread into the lungs. We do not take such a burden lightly, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and it has stayed plagues and wrought wonders, and we are told that a true prayer from one who is near unto the gates of death is a prevailing prayer.

You have well said that our God is bigger and greater than cancer and the enemy, for He has defeated sin and sickness and hell and the grave. Yet we would have you look not only to healing of the body but to that happy conjunction of healing and pardon, for when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee. Pardon and healing were one. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and the very leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing. Pluck a leaf of this Tree by your poor trembling faith and if you dare not take more than that, yet shall it make you whole.

Faith comes by the hearing of faith, by hearing the Gospel and believing that it comes from God. The essence of faith lies not merely in knowing that Christ is strong to save, but in dropping down into His arms. Little faith, when it finds itself in trouble, betakes itself to prayer, as Peter when he began to sink cried, Lord, save me. So let your prayer rise to His throne out of this low dungeon. God will hear the prayer of a staggering man, even the prayer that seems to reel to and fro because the one who prays is at his wits end. He was not long in answering though His people were long in praying.

Take therefore the shield of faith, for this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith, and it shall quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Let us plead with the Most High and spread our case before Him with all the arguments we can muster, as Jacob did, in humility of spirit, and leave the answer with Him who answers not always as we expect but always in wisdom and mercy.

We now pray together for him. O Lord our God, look in great pity upon this Thy servant. Thou art the Good Physician who alone can heal. Lay Thy hand upon him and, if it be Thy gracious will, rebuke this disease and restore him to health and strength for Thy service. Forgive his sins through the blood of Christ and give him perfect peace in trusting Jesus alone for salvation. Strengthen his faith, though it be but little, for Thou despisest not little faith and Thou canst make it great. Let him feel that if he has overcome heaven by prayer he can overcome earth and death and hell. Comfort his heart, sustain his family, and let all who hear of Thy mercy give thanks and praise Thy name. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns, Amen.
