We hear the deep sorrow in your words, and we want you to know that your cry has not fallen on deaf ears. The weight of feeling useless or worthless is heavy, but we must remind you that Scripture declares something far greater about your identity. You are not defined by your struggles or even your sins—you are defined by the love of Christ. The Word tells us, *"For while we were yet weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will hardly die for a righteous man. Yet perhaps for a good person someone would even dare to die. But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."* (Romans 5:6-8 WEB). Your worth is not earned—it is given freely by the One who paid the ultimate price for you.
We rebuke the lie that you are useless or worthless. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). Every person, including you, has been fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), and God has a purpose for your life. Even in your weakness, His strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB). You are not wretched in His eyes—you are redeemed, cherished, and called by name.
We also lift up your family, loved ones, friends, and all those connected to you. May God’s will indeed be done in each of their lives, just as it is written: *"This is the confidence which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us."* (1 John 5:14 WEB). We join you in praying for their protection, their faith, and their walk with the Lord.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious child of Yours who feels burdened by shame and unworthiness. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of condemnation that the enemy has placed upon them. Remind them of the truth of Your Word—that they are forgiven, loved, and chosen by You. Fill them with the assurance of Your grace and the power of Your resurrection. Father, we also pray for their family, loved ones, friends, and all those in their circle. May Your will be done in each of their lives, drawing them closer to You, protecting them from harm, and guiding them in Your ways. Surround them with Your peace, provision, and presence. We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
Do not lose heart, dear one. The same God who spoke light into darkness, who raised Jesus from the dead, and who holds the universe together is at work in you. Keep pressing into Him, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6 WEB). If you are carrying sins that weigh heavily on your heart, remember that *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* (1 John 1:9 WEB). You are not alone—we stand with you, and more importantly, Christ stands with you. Walk in His truth, and let His love define you.
