I really truly believe that I have early onset Alzheimer's Disease. I cannot remember simple things, I have trouble "connecting the dots" to basic concepts and if you ask me to define anything in detail, I have trouble doing so. I used to have an IQ of 127, which is above average, but it feels like that has diminished considerably. I am still working full-time, but am making mistakes at work that I feel could be potentially deterimental to the company I work for. I don't know where else to turn. I am trying to get a Memory Assessment test, but my insurance doesn't cover it and my husband and I are living on my income only. I'm afraid if I lose this job, I will be unable to find another one (I just turned 58.) I am a mess!

Guest, are you under a lot of stress?!!! That will mimic the symptoms of alzheimers.

You probably have a lot on your plate and need less to worry and think about. Give yourself a little extra time for you if you can.

Lord Jesus, I stand with my sister today and ask for your mighty hand upon her. Help her to prioritize her lifestyle and maybe eliminate those things that she doesn't just have to do. Give her wisdom and discernment that you can downsize some of her workload, so that she can reduce her stress level. Help her to be creative, to know what is important and what isn't. We don't have to be superwoman, so what if the laundry piles up for an extra day or two, so what if the lawn doesn't get mowed on Wednesday, so what if............ Lord, you know her heart, you know her lifestyle. Show her the way, help her with your hand in her to lead, guide and direct her path. I pray for your mercy and your grace. If...... if there is a medical problem, I pray your healing hand upon it, that you would touch her today, that you would draw her close. Give her peace knowing you are in control and you will help her and her husband through this storm.

Send her a lifeboat and guide her to safety. I thank you and praise you. Amen
