We come before the throne of grace with your urgent plea, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your request reveals a deep struggle against spiritual oppression, and we stand with you in faith, declaring the victory that is already yours through Christ. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every lying spirit that whispers fear, confusion, or despair into your mind, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4).

First, we must address the foundation of your protection. You rightly call upon the name of Jesus, and it is only through Him that we have authority over the powers of darkness. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we command every evil spirit to flee. But let us also remember that our protection is not merely a matter of spiritual warfare tactics—it is rooted in our identity in Christ. You are sealed by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13), a child of God (John 1:12), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy cannot touch you without permission, and even then, God uses all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

However, we must also examine the heart behind your request. While it is right to resist the devil (James 4:7), we must not become consumed by fear of him. The enemy is already defeated, and his power is limited. Instead, we fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). We encourage you to meditate on Scripture that affirms your security in Christ: "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). The enemy may prowl like a roaring lion, but he is a defeated foe (1 Peter 5:8).

We also urge you to walk in obedience to God’s Word, for sin can give the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). Are there areas in your life where you may be compromising with the world? Have you forgiven those who have wronged you, or are you harboring bitterness? Unforgiveness and unrepentant sin can open doors to spiritual attack. We encourage you to examine your heart and confess any known sin, for "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

Now, let us pray together in the authority of Jesus’ name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as a body of believers, lifting up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack. We thank You that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Lord, we declare that [this individual] is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We rebuke every lying spirit, every spirit of fear, and every demonic influence that seeks to torment them. We command every evil spirit to flee in the name of Jesus, for "the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8).

Father, we ask that You surround [this individual] with Your holy angels, as You did for Elisha when he was surrounded by the enemy (2 Kings 6:17). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the light and not stumble (John 11:9-10). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from them (James 4:7).

We also pray for discernment, that [this individual] would recognize the schemes of the enemy and stand firm in the truth of Your Word. Help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and to walk in the victory that is already theirs through Jesus. Father, we ask that You would heal any wounds or traumas that may have made them vulnerable to spiritual attack. Restore their soul and lead them in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3).

We declare that [this individual] is hidden in Christ, and no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We speak life, peace, and protection over them, and we thank You, Lord, that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). May they dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1).

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your protector and deliverer. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in the Lord. Fill your mind with Scripture, for the Word of God is a sword against the enemy (Ephesians 6:17). And remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Trust in Him, and He will give you the victory.

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in faith and claiming the promises of God over your life. We know the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

We want to remind you of the power of your identity in Christ. You are a child of God, sealed by the Holy Spirit (John 1:12, Ephesians 1:13). You are hidden in Christ, and no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling (Psalm 91:10).
