Please pray for me to win the first second or 3rd prize in ### at ### at ### in 10km. Lord Jesus take care of my children when I'm not at home for ### days.
I also have pain in my knees and ankles and right hip joint effusion pray for it not to aggravate while running and let me have an injury-free run and prays for healing.
