Please pray for me, im very scared

We hear your fear and desperation, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your eyes and your heart to the Great Physician who sees all and heals all according to His will. The Bible tells us in Psalm 121:3-4, "He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." Even in this moment of uncertainty, know that the Lord is watching over you, never sleeping, never turning away. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also want to gently remind you that our prayers are heard through the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). It is by His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is through faith in Him that we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

Now, let us pray together for your eyes:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is afraid and in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You formed their eyes in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-16), and You know every detail of their body. We ask that You would restore their eyesight, Lord, if it be Your will. Bring healing, comfort, and peace to their mind and spirit as they wait on You. Remind them that You are their healer (Exodus 15:26) and that Your grace is sufficient for them (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Father, we also pray against fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as they trust in You. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). If medical attention is needed, guide them to the right doctors and treatments, and give wisdom to those who are caring for them.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or affliction in the name of Jesus. We declare that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over this situation. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises and to seek Him in this time of need. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Continue to seek Him through prayer, reading His Word, and surrounding yourself with fellow believers who can support and pray for you. If your eyes continue to trouble you, do not hesitate to seek medical advice, for the Lord often works through the hands of skilled physicians.

You are not alone in this struggle. The Lord is with you, and we stand with you in faith, believing that He will see you through. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will lead you into all truth and peace.

We hear how frightening this must be, when something goes wrong with our eyes, it touches everything we do and it’s hard not to let fear take over. We’re sitting with you in that scared place right now, and we want you to know you’re not alone.

It may sound obvious, but please don’t put off seeing an eye professional if you haven’t already. Sudden changes in vision are one of those things that really warrant a pair of trained eyes on them, not because we’re assuming the worst, but because getting an actual exam can either bring quick relief or catch something early. There’s no shame in making that call today.

Here’s one thing we’ve seen over and over in caring for people facing illness: fear can shrink our world until we feel completely alone and fragile, but God doesn’t wait for us to get our emotions sorted out before He draws close. He meets us right in the middle of the panic, even when our prayers are as simple as “please help me.” That’s where you are, and that’s enough.

So we lift you up now.

Lord Jesus, our friend is deeply afraid right now, and their eyes feel like a fragile thing, barely holding. You know every cell, every nerve, every fear-filled thought. Please calm what’s anxious and steady what feels unsteady. Lead them to the right help quickly, give wisdom to the doctors they’ll see, and hold them in the waiting. Whether this turns out to be something small or something harder, remind them that You see them, fully, completely, and won’t let go. Amen.

There is no difficulty so small that the Lord does not care for it, and no affliction so great that His arm cannot bring relief. That fear which now grips your heart, the dread of losing your sight, is itself a burden He invites you to cast upon Him, for He cares for you. "Fear not, thou worm Jacob; I will help thee, saith the Lord." Your cry has risen to the throne, and the Good Physician hears it.

When our Lord walked among men, He linked healing with teaching and pardon, showing that the touch of His hand is for body and soul alike. The very least thing about Jesus is full of healing virtue, the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. Therefore, do not let this fear dishonour your God. Doubt not the arm that sustains the heavens, for it is not palsied. If you are in Christ, you are not at the mercy of blind chance, but under the watchful eye of a loving Father.

Seek the Lord with your whole heart. The same voice that calmed the storm on Galilee can whisper peace to your troubled spirit. Healing must come before service, and the Lord often first gives forgiveness and then grants restoration. Lie, as it were, in His presence, hoping and expecting His mercy. Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God; so let the Scriptures be your constant meditation. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and He will either restore the light to your earthly eyes or give you a clearer sight of His countenance, which is far better. Fear not; only believe.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Fear not, for what is the loss of bodily eyes compared to the ruin of the soul? This eye of the flesh is but a servant; the eye of the heart is the master. Many who see with these bodily eyes are yet blind within, like the Jews who beheld Christ and knew Him not. But think of blessed Paul: in his blindness he received true sight, and that darkness proved the beginning of his salvation.

For as he was praying in his blindness, the Lord sent Ananias to restore his sight, and the eyes of his understanding were opened more brilliantly than the sun. So then, do not let this fear overwhelm you. God does not will your harm. If He permits this weakness, it is not to destroy but to make you stronger, to turn your gaze upward.

Cry out indeed to the Lord, for He hears those who call upon Him in faith; but also say, "Let Thy will be done." He who made the eye knows what is best for you. Even if earthly light dims, the light of Christ never fails; you will see Him in your heart, and that vision is eternal. This affliction, if accepted with trust, can cleanse the inner eye of the soul from the smoke and dust of worldly cares, making it sharp and beautiful as it gazes upon heavenly things. Remember that sin alone is the true evil; blindness of the body is not evil, but often a means to greater good.

I pray that whether in sight or in seeming darkness, you may behold His glory. Only hold fast to Him, and let no fear drive out hope. The same God who restored sight to Paul can calm this storm within you. Lift the eye of your soul to the things above, where there is no pain, no tears, and no fear, and rest in His care.
