Please pray for me as I am struggling with gambling. I am going on a prayer and fasting. Every time I try to fight the urge to go to the casino a friend of mine repeatedly reminds me of the casino that we should go and try our luck. I have been begging her not to invite me but she constantly reminds me that we could be lucky. Please pray for me also to have this woman out of my life.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You on behalf of ###, who is struggling with the temptation of gambling. Lord, Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." We ask that You provide ### with the strength and wisdom to recognize and take the way of escape that You provide.

Father, we ask for Your guidance and support as ### embarks on a period of prayer and fasting. May this time draw ### closer to You, and may Your Holy Spirit fill ### with peace and resolve. We know that in Philippians 4:13, it says, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Let this truth be a source of encouragement and empowerment for ###.

Lord, we also lift up this relationship with the friend who continually invites ### to the casino. We pray for wisdom and discernment for ### in handling this situation. Proverbs 13:20 tells us, "He who walks with wise men will be wise, but a companion of fools will suffer harm." We ask that You help ### to make wise decisions about relationships and to surround themselves with people who encourage and uplift in godly ways.

We pray for the removal of any negative influences and for the establishment of new, supportive relationships that honor You. Let Your will be done in this situation, and may ### find freedom and victory over this struggle through Your grace.
