Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up ###'s son to Your throne of grace. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:13 that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that ###'s son will be filled with Your strength and confidence as he performs this morning.
Lord, grant him clarity of mind, focus, and the ability to perform to the best of his abilities. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will be established." We commit his performance into Your hands, asking that You guide every step and decision he makes.
May he find favor in the eyes of the decision-makers, and may his efforts be recognized and appreciated. Let his heart be filled with pride and satisfaction, knowing that he has done his best and that You are with him.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
