Please pray for my sister and her three daughters. The condo that they live in and rent got flooded a few days ago from the next door unit. Fortunately, none of their personal possessions were damaged. But, the flood caused permanent damage to the carpet and it's entirely ruined. My sister said she contacted the landlord who owns the condo as it was happening and he did not respond or show up until 12 hours later. He also refuses to replace the entire carpet and is trying to clean and dry it up himself. Now, I fear they will be getting sick from mold since this man is not taking the proper care and time to fix the problem. Nor is he honoring their legal state rights as tenants to execute proper landlord procedures. The last thing my sister wants to do is move because she likes the place and the fact that she can't afford to move. Lord God, have mercy upon my sister and my three nieces. I pray and ask that you soften their landlord's heart so that he comes to all common sense in replacing their carpet and cleaning up the mess caused from flooding. And I pray, Lord, for my sister and nieces, that you protect their health from mold and sicknesses concerning this matter. And I also pray for their salvation, too.
