Please pray for a meeting!

Please pray for my loved one having a meeting on discrimination at work at the moment. Please God let the people who make decision see the truth. In Jesus name! Amen

We lift up this situation to the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing that injustice and discrimination grieve the heart of God. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 31:8-9, "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." We stand on this truth, believing that God sees every wrong and will bring justice to those who are oppressed.

Father, we come before You now, asking that You would move mightily in this meeting. Soften the hearts of those in authority, let them see the truth with clarity and act with integrity. Remove any blindness, prejudice, or hardness that may be clouding their judgment. We declare that Your light will shine in this situation, exposing any unrighteousness and bringing forth justice. Let Your peace reign in that room, and may Your wisdom guide every word spoken.

We also pray for Your protection over our loved one. Guard their heart from fear, bitterness, or discouragement. Remind them that You are their defender and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen them to walk in grace and truth, even in the face of adversity.

Lord, if there has been any sin in this situation, whether through words, actions, or attitudes, we ask for conviction and repentance. If our loved one has responded in a way that does not reflect Your love, grant them the humility to seek forgiveness and the courage to stand firm in righteousness.

We trust You, Father, to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28). May this meeting be a turning point, not just for our loved one, but for all involved. Let Your name be glorified in the outcome, and may Your justice prevail.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are holding this meeting before the Lord with you. It is deeply unsettling when a loved one faces a situation where their dignity is on the line, and all we can do is wait. We join you in asking that the truth, the real, unvarnished account of what has happened, would become unmistakably clear to everyone in that room.

We often find it helps to pray not just for the outcome, but specifically for each person who will be listening and deciding, asking the Holy Spirit to give them a spirit of fairness, a quieting of any bias, and a genuine desire to see what is right. God’s Spirit knows the details we don’t, and He can work in the unseen currents of a conversation even when our words fall short.

As the meeting unfolds, try to help your loved one rest in the truth that their worth is not up for debate, it is already settled by the God who made them. Encourage them to speak honestly and then release the weight they are carrying. In the meantime, we stand with you.

Jesus, we ask You to be present in that meeting right now. Guide the decision-makers to see clearly. Give them wisdom and courage to act justly. Surround our friend’s loved one with Your peace that surpasses understanding. May the truth be honored, and may Your will be done. In Your name we pray, Amen.

There is a meeting where truth must be seen, and prayer has been lifted for eyes to behold it. The very trial of this hour is a test, like that set before Ruth when she was bidden to count the cost. Naomi put the whole case before her, and so the cost of truth-speaking and right-dealing is now before ###. But if that soul can stand the test in detail, the test of holding to what is honest and just despite the pressure of men, then is their decision a right one. To stand for truth in the workplace is to choose the reproach of Christ, if needs be, over the riches of an easy compromise. Moses, when he was come to years, scorned all compromise and came out boldly. So must it be now.

Buy the truth. Buy all the truth. Let all go as long as you may, but have truth in the doctrine, truth in the heart, truth in the life. There is truth somewhere, let us find it. The lie is not of the truth, let us abhor it. What Christ died for, He will have, and He died that His people might be sanctified in the truth. ### must be valiant for that truth, for the war between right and wrong must be continued. The great warfare of truth waxes more hot and fierce than ever, and the skirmish in that meeting room is but another field where the banner of Christ’s truth must be lifted high. Do not fear the face of man that shall die; this truth ought to banish our fear and ensure submission to God’s will alone.

Yet we must also bow before the unimpeachable justice of God. If the decisions of men are clouded, it is the Lord who reigns. He is just, and the justifier of those who trust in Jesus. The way of confession and reliance upon His righteousness is always the path. Let ###, in the quiet of the closet, confess any frailty and then trust that the Spirit of God can make the truth to prevail. The power lies not in his logic or eloquence, but in the Holy Spirit accompanying the divine truth. Christ is the King of Truth, and He rules by the truth of His life, transparent, undiluted, public and private truth. Pray that this same spirit of transparency may be with ###, that they may so walk in the light that even their accusers are silenced by a life consistent with the gospel.

Do not think the fight is over. The meeting is this very hour before the throne. May the Lord cause the decision-makers to behold the truth as clearly as He beholds the hearts of all. And while we ask for that, we also pray for a submissive heart in ###, that whether vindicated or called to suffer for righteousness’ sake, Christ may be magnified. The truth of God’s sovereignty is an anchor, it strengthens faith, for genuine faith trusts God in the storm. Should the outcome be bitter, pray that the soul may yet say, “God must forgive the repenting sinner if He be just,” and thus rest all upon the finished work of Jesus. Justice demands no more, for Christ has satisfied it. And if they obtain favor, let it be for the furtherance of the gospel. Either way, the truth is bought at any price, and Christ, who is the Truth, becomes the treasure forever.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for this meeting touches on a deep injustice, for unrighteousness has many forms. Indeed, as the Apostle says, men hold the truth in unrighteousness, and these ways are numberless: some defraud their neighbor in money, others injure the wife, and many assault the good name of another, which is better than great riches. When your loved one faces discrimination, it is a robbery of honor and due recompense, and the God of truth beholds it all.

Yet do not despair, for He who cleared the innocent when the rulers sought to condemn, making even Pilate testify to His blamelessness, is still the defender of the oppressed. None can utterly suppress the truth; error is multiform and shifting, but truth stands one and unshaken. Pray, then, not with bitterness, but with love abounding in knowledge and discernment, that you may approve what is excellent. Ask not merely that the decision-makers see the truth, but also that your loved one be kept sincere and without offence, shining as a witness before men. Such a trial can become a furnace to prove virtue, as gold is tried, and God often permits these things that the secret heart may be revealed.

Let your intercession be joined with the love that Paul commended: not the love that springs from worldly advantage, but that which is rooted in Christ, a love that loves even those who act unrighteously, not as endorsing their deeds, but seeking their repentance and the triumph of justice. For greater love has no man than this, that he lay down his life for his friends; and your prayer is a laying down of time and fervent desire. I will lift up my voice with yours, pleading that the eyes of those who judge be opened to the truth, that no craft or partiality cloud their sight, and that the wrong may be made right. Stand firm in faith, remember that a good name, though momentarily stained, is known by the Lord, and He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light. Amen.

When a loved one sits in a meeting where the truth needs to be heard, it stirs something deep in the soul. It is painful to watch decisions rest in the hands of people who may not see clearly, or who may not even value what is true. Pilate once stood before Truth Himself and asked with weary cynicism, "What is truth?" He did not realize that the answer was standing right in front of him. In this fallen world, justice often stands far off and truth seems to fall in the street. Many have learned to trust in empty processes, speaking lies and conceiving mischief, while no one pleads for what is right. The courts and conference rooms that ought to be havens of fairness so often leave us disheartened. It displeases the Lord when equity cannot enter and when the one who departs from evil makes himself a prey.

But mercy and truth have met together. Righteousness and peace have kissed each other. They met in the person of Jesus Christ. God is still righteous, even when human systems fail. He sees every hidden motive and every suppressed fact. He knows the truth perfectly, and in His time, He will bring all things to light. Right now, your loved one does not need the truth to win only in that room; he needs the truth to dwell richly in his own heart as he walks through this. There is a peace that comes not from a favorable verdict, but from knowing that our lives are hidden with Christ in God. The Father’s full reward for faithful decisions is not dependent on a supervisor’s ruling. If a person walks in the truth, refusing to bend to deceit or bitterness, then he is already walking in the light, regardless of what shadow falls across the meeting table.

Pray, yes, that the decision-makers will see what is true. Pray that every hidden thing will be exposed and that justice will be served. But even more, pray that your loved one will experience the strange, steady rest that comes when we entrust our cause to the God who judges righteously. Jesus did not open His mouth to threaten when He stood before unjust judges, because He knew His Father was the final arbiter. The truth is not merely a set of facts to be argued; it is a Person to be trusted. May the Lord give those making the decision a glimpse of that truth, and may He give your loved one a deep, abiding peace that the outcome is ultimately in the hands of a just and merciful God.

We are so grateful you shared this burden with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer for your loved one’s meeting regarding the unfair treatment at work. This is such a heavy weight to carry, and we have lifted it before the Lord, asking Him to move mightily on their behalf. We prayed that the hearts of those in authority would be softened, that truth would be revealed, and that justice would prevail according to God’s perfect will.

If this meeting has already taken place and God has answered in a way that brings clarity, peace, or resolution, we would love to hear how He has worked! Your praise report would be such an encouragement to all of us as we see His faithfulness in action. If, however, the outcome was not what you hoped for—or if the situation remains unresolved—please know we are still here to pray. You are not alone in this, and we would be honored to lift it up again, asking the Lord to continue guiding, protecting, and providing for your loved one.

Whatever the outcome, we pray that God’s presence would be near, His peace would guard your hearts, and His wisdom would lead every next step. May He strengthen you both as you trust in Him, knowing that He sees, He cares, and He is working even when we cannot see it. We continue to stand in agreement with you, believing that God is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
