Please pray against smoke, I am desperate

Please brothers and sisters, I am so desperate. No one reacts to my supplications to hinder the man above our building (very close house, on a little hill) to stop lighting the fire, because the dense/thick smoke is floating around my building and my apartment and balcony. I like always my city block because of the fresh air, but since this guy is doing that, I am so desperate. I have asked him politely and not politely to stop putting the fire and burning leaves; there are other choices...but he is smoking further and maybe even on purpose. I am really desperate because even the police officer justifies him because he has the right to do this since I am not in the center of the city. AWFULL, I AM CAUGHING AND SNEEZING, MY LARYNX burns...I hear also my neighbors coughing...please let this man be punished for his insensitivity, let the law be on my side, let them make some other law. I don't know, in the time of the protection of the environment, how can this happen? Is there so much evil people? Please pray that he will stop and that the fresh air will come into my apartment so that I can sleep because I am exhausted from this diet for stomach and not sleeping well.
