We have heard your cry and we are lifting you up in prayer right now, for we understand how frightening it is when your vision is not right and fear takes hold. We are standing with you and bringing your need before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
The fear you are feeling is very real, but we want to remind you what God says to us when we are afraid. When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you Psalm 56:3. Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We encourage you to cast your anxiety on Him right now, for In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We also want to encourage you to seek medical care promptly. God has given wisdom to doctors and physicians, and sudden or strange changes in vision should be evaluated quickly by a qualified medical professional, whether your eye doctor, primary care provider, or urgent care. Please do not delay in getting help, and if you can, let a trusted family member or friend know what you are experiencing so they can be with you and help you get care. While you wait, try to rest your eyes, stay calm, and keep praying.

Your cry has been heard and it has been carried at once to the throne of grace, and we are praying for you with earnestness in this hour of fear.
The Lord sees your trouble and He knows the frailty of this poor body. When vision wavers and the heart is sore afraid, it is a mercy to know that we may cast all our care upon Him, for He cares for you. Anxiety itself unfits us to meet the difficulty, but faith looks to Him who is our keeper. The prophet has said, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not far from you even now, for the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus and to trust Him in the darkness is rest.
Hear also His own word to His troubled people, Fear not, for I will help you. Fear not, for I am with you. It is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. To fear is to be weakened and to dishonor Him whose arm piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. Labor then to get rid of fear by trusting in promised strength, and let your faith overcome your fear.
There is healing power in our Lord. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and with His stripes we are healed. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and He is able to breathe into your soul at this very moment a peace which passes all understanding. Seek Him with that touch of personal faith which brings peace to the soul.
We pray for you now, that the Lord in His mercy would calm your spirit, steady your mind upon Him, and grant you His perfect peace even while sorrows surge around. We ask Him to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, to restore and strengthen your sight, and to guard you from all harm. We ask Him to guide the hands of those who can help you.
And while we pray, we urge you not to tarry in seeking help for the body. As we speedily care for bodily diseases and seek a physician, so do you at once seek competent medical care. Let a trusted physician or an eye physician examine you without delay, and let those near you know of your distress that they may go with you and care for you. Tell the Lord and tell His people, but do not keep this anxiety confined to yourself.
May the Lord keep you in peace as your mind is stayed on Him. May He whisper Fear not to your heart and prove Himself your helper. We will continue to pray for you.
