Please Please Pray That My Disability Retirement Won't Be Denied And That I Won't Have To Go Through Appealing
I stopped working over ### years ago and started this almost impossible process against some very big giants, my employer which is the county, the retirement association, some of the doctors, the attorney hired by retirement association, and the hearing officer who is going by everything their attorney presented. Looking at his report I see how things were taken out of context and everything put together against me. I have felt, seen them forming weapons against me in this. Please pray that these weapons won't prosper. Please pray for God's favor, protection and for Him to give me the faith of a mustard seed in this situation. Please pray that He will intervene and even though it looks like it will be denied at next board meeting that it won't and God will have it approved. Please pray that I won't have to appeal and won't have to hire an attorney. All the attorneys I have spoken to want $###-### upfront to take my appeal. That is with no guarantee or assurance of a good outcome and that is with understanding that the cost can go beyond those $###-###. I would have to exhaust all of our family's resources including our emergency savings just for what they want upfront. If it went beyond that I would not have it. I feel like hiring an attorney is a gamble. If it goes beyond the $###-### and I don't have it I might be left hanging in the middle of appeal process and at a big loss. Please please pray that God will help me in this.
