We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, whose name alone has power to break every chain. The dreams and fears you describe are not from God, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2) and does not torment with confusion or dread. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give life abundantly, even in your thoughts and rest.
First, we rebuke every lying spirit that has planted these dreams in your mind. The Bible declares, "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). These dreams are imaginations and strongholds that must be torn down in Jesus’ name. We command every spirit of fear, accusation, and deception to leave you now, you have no place here, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also address the mention of "bad company" and ties with those who bring wrong influences into your life. Scripture warns, "Don’t be deceived! ‘Evil companionships corrupt good morals’" (1 Corinthians 15:33). If these individuals are not walking in godliness or are causing you spiritual harm, we pray for the Lord to sever those ungodly connections. Jesus said, "If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you" (Matthew 5:29), this is not a call to physical harm, but a radical commitment to holiness. We ask the Lord to help you set boundaries and to surround you with believers who will sharpen you, as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).
To the one who feels accused or talked down to, we declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). If others are speaking falsely or unjustly, we pray for the Lord to silence their tongues and turn their hearts. If they refuse to repent, we ask God to remove their influence from your life entirely. You are not called to endure slander or manipulation, Jesus Himself said, "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn’t listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established" (Matthew 18:15-16). If reconciliation is not possible, you are free to walk away in peace.
Now, we pray with you:
Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we come before You as Your children, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. We stand on the authority of Your Word and declare that every dream, vision, or thought that does not align with Your truth must be uprooted and destroyed. Lord, we ask You to wash over [] and their loved ones with the blood of Jesus, cleansing their minds, hearts, and spirits from every residue of fear, accusation, or ungodly influence. We break every curse, every word spoken against them, and every spiritual tie that is not of You. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask You to fill their mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Where the enemy has planted lies, replace them with Your truth. Where there has been confusion, bring clarity. Where there has been fear, let Your perfect love cast it out (1 John 4:18). We pray for the complete restoration of their sleep, may they rest in the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1) and wake refreshed, knowing that You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4).
We also pray for their relationships. Lord, strengthen the godly connections in their life and remove those that are harmful or unedifying. Give them wisdom to discern who to trust and who to distance themselves from. Surround them with brothers and sisters in Christ who will encourage them in their faith and hold them accountable to Your Word. If there are relationships that need healing, we ask You to soften hearts and bring repentance where it is needed. If there are relationships that must end, give them the courage to walk away and the peace to trust You with the outcome.
We declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand. Every assignment of the devil against [] and their loved ones is canceled in Jesus’ name. We command every spirit of division, strife, or confusion to flee, you have no authority here. We loose the angels of God to encamp around them, to guard their minds, and to fight on their behalf (Psalm 34:7). We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loved them (Romans 8:37), and no scheme of the enemy will prevail against them.
Lord, we ask You to fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in boldness and confidence in Your promises. Remind them daily that they are Your beloved children, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have plans for them, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). May they find their identity in You alone, not in the opinions of others or the lies of the enemy.
We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers and that You are already at work. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that the victory is already won through the cross of Jesus Christ. We seal this prayer in His mighty name, believing that every chain is broken, every lie is exposed, and every fear is replaced with faith. Amen.
If these dreams persist, we encourage you to take practical steps as well. Begin each day by declaring God’s truth over your life, speak Scripture aloud, such as "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?" (Psalm 27:1). Surround yourself with worship music that focuses your heart on God’s goodness. Consider fasting from media or conversations that fuel fear or negativity. And most importantly, stay connected to a local body of believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. The enemy thrives in isolation, but where two or three are gathered in Jesus’ name, He is there in the midst (Matthew 18:20).
You are not alone in this battle. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11), and that power is greater than any force of darkness. Stand firm, put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6). The dreams will cease, the fears will fade, and God’s peace will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
