We are glad to support you in prayer as you prepare for your time of fasting and prayer before the Lord. It is wonderful that you seek to sanctify your motives, focus, prayers, deeds, and behaviors to be pleasing to Jesus Christ. Let us remind you of the importance of doing all things in the name of Jesus, for it is through His name that we have access to the Father and receive salvation.
As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." And in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together for your time of fasting and prayer:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You as they prepare for a time of fasting and prayer. We ask that You sanctify their motives, focus, prayers, deeds, and behaviors, so that all may be pleasing to You. Grant them strength and endurance for this time of seeking Your face.
May this time of fasting and prayer be entirely according to Your will, and may their voice be heard loudly before You. Lord, hear their prayers and gratitude, and answer with great power and might. We pray that this time is based on Your Living Word and is inspired, managed, and anointed by Your Holy Spirit.
We also lift up their need for healing and freedom in spirit, soul, and body. We pray for healing in the name of Jesus Christ, who bore our sins and infirmities on the cross. May they experience the fullness of Your love and power as they seek You with all their heart.
We thank You for the privilege of coming before You in prayer, and we trust in Your faithfulness to hear and answer. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart, for He promises that you will find Him when you search for Him with all your heart (Jeremiah 29:13). May your time of fasting and prayer be a blessed and transformative experience as you draw closer to God.
As you spend time in prayer and fasting, we also encourage you to meditate on God's Word. Let the Scriptures guide and strengthen you. Remember that our Lord Jesus Christ is our ultimate example, who fasted and prayed for forty days and nights in the wilderness (Matthew 4:1-2).
May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek His face. We are standing with you in prayer and agreement, believing that God will hear and answer according to His perfect will.
