We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is preparing for a day of fasting and prayer. We pray that You will sanctify, inspire, and bless their motives, focus, prayers, deeds, and behaviors. May every aspect of their fasting and prayer be a sweet fragrance before Your throne, all for the glory of Jesus Christ.
Lord, grant them the strength and endurance to complete this fast. Let their voice be heard loudly before Your throne, Lord Jesus. May their prayers and expressions of gratitude be answered with Your mighty power.
We pray that their fasting and prayer will be firmly rooted in Your Living Word and guided by the Holy Spirit. May the Holy Spirit inspire, manage, and anoint this time, bringing healing and freedom in spirit, soul, and body according to the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
