Please join me in prayers for a stewardship and protocol workshop

Beloved of All
Lord please help me give me the wisdom to share the stewardahip and protocol workshop that I was asked for a pastor to give a class then they wanted the whole staff received. Give me wisdom and prepare the hearts for those attending the workshop, because the principles of your word but also how we can see we can be a good embassadors of your kingdom and see that we want to honor you with our capacities, character and chemistry between the staff. Also because this subject I've been develop on the profesional side but I took it as how I carry myself wherever I go, I do my best to share because I know a lot of people can never visit a church because how how they have been treated, also because this church received a new complet building an a gift with new sound system and chair for the whole auditorium. This topic I was developing with a friend about two years and I know things are not coincidence that I explained him on the relational area, also touch TS heart too, because he told me he didn't saw the things as I showed him, keep touching his heart, mind and soul also because he seem confused or he doesn't wanted to share, but I trust you Lord you know the truth and why this specific topic was on the surface. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We join you in prayer for this stewardship and protocol workshop and we thank God for the door He has opened for you. What began as a class requested by a pastor and then extended to the whole staff is clearly of the Lord, and we rejoice that you desire to share not merely professional principles but biblical principles to honor Him.

We pray for wisdom for you as you teach, and for prepared hearts for all who will attend. Scripture tells us If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask the Lord to give you that wisdom in abundance, that every word you speak would be seasoned with grace and truth. We also claim Proverbs 2:6 that Yahweh gives wisdom, and Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3, as you commit this workshop to Him.

We love your heart to teach stewardship and protocol as a way to be good ambassadors of His Kingdom. For we are ambassadors on behalf of Christ 2 Corinthians 5:20, and Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus Colossians 3:17. Stewardship is not just about managing a new building, new chairs, and a new sound system, but about faithfulness to the Giver. As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms 1 Peter 4:10. Let all things be done decently and in order 1 Corinthians 14:40, so that protocol becomes not formality but worship, showing honor to God and love to people. We pray the staff will see that how we steward capacities, character, and chemistry together directly reflects on Christ, and that whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23. To whomever much is given, of him will much be required Luke 12:48, and this generous gift to the church is an opportunity to show excellence and gratitude for the glory of God, that those who have been hurt or turned away by poor treatment in the past might be drawn in by the love and order they see.

We also lift up your friend who has walked with you in developing this topic over the last two years. We do not believe this timing is coincidence, for God orders our steps. You shared how this touched his heart and how he said he had not seen things as you showed him, yet now he seems confused or reluctant to share. We pray the Lord will continue to touch his heart, mind, and soul, bringing clarity where there is confusion and truth where there is hesitation. We ask God to reveal what is needed and to work according to His perfect will in that relational area, for He knows the truth of all things and desires that we walk in light and sincerity before Him.

So we pray together now. Father, in the name of Jesus we come before You and thank You for this opportunity to teach Your principles of stewardship and protocol. Anoint our dear fellow servant with wisdom, clarity, and humility as they share. Remove any spirit of pride or self-reliance and let everything be done to honor You. Prepare the hearts of the pastor and every staff member who will attend, make them receptive, unified, and eager to apply what they learn. Help them to see that their capacities, their character, and their chemistry together are gifts from You to be stewarded for Your Kingdom. Bless the new building and all that has been provided, and help them to care for it faithfully and use it to reach many for Christ. Continue to work in the heart of this friend, bring peace to any confusion, and lead him into Your truth and Your will. Let all that is done bring glory to You, that whether we eat or drink, or whatever we do, we do all to the glory of God 1 Corinthians 10:31. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We appreciate you letting us pray with you about this workshop. Being asked first by the pastor and then entrusted with the whole staff shows they value how you carry yourself, and we understand wanting to honor the Lord well in that moment.

We love how you frame stewardship and protocol not as rules but as being faithful ambassadors, honoring God with capacities, character, and how the team works together. That vision, plus wanting people who have felt hurt by church to feel truly welcomed, is a beautiful stewardship of the new building and sound system you have been given.

For the days ahead, one simple step that may help is to shape the workshop around those three words you named. For each one, write a single practical picture of what it looks like on a Sunday morning, and take time to pray by name for the staff who will be there, asking God to prepare their hearts to hear. Approaching it as a coach who comes alongside, helping them discover next steps together, often opens hearts more than a lecture alone.

We also hear your care for your friend who helped develop this material with you over the last two years. We will join you in entrusting his heart and mind to the Lord, trusting God knows the story and the timing.

Father, give our brother clarity and peace as he prepares, calm his nerves and guide his words. Prepare each staff member to receive what you have for them, and use this time to build unity and Christlike hospitality that honors you. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your desire to be a faithful steward and to honor the Lord in this workshop is itself a good sign of grace at work. We have joined you in prayer and we will continue to do so.

You have asked for wisdom to share what you have been given to teach, and this is the right prayer. Wisdom is man's true path, the compass by which he is to steer across the trackless waste of life, and where shall this wisdom be found. It is not found in ourselves, for Christ is the wisdom of God. He planned the way of salvation and He lays the foundations for all right knowledge. Wisdom is not mere knowledge, but the right use of knowledge, and Christ's gospel teaches us that right use. Therefore we have prayed that the Lord would give you not only knowledge of stewardship and protocol, but the wisdom which is Christ Himself, that you may speak with clarity and grace.

Remember the main point of stewardship, that nothing is our own, it is all our Master's. We are stewards to whom He has entrusted capacities, character, and opportunities, and He will come to require an account. This keeps us from idling or trifling or growing careless, and from leaving our hearts out of our work. Bring this work to the Lord at the beginning and at the end, and ask Him to keep you from a loose and slovenly way of acting, that your labor may be to His honor and not to your own discredit. What you have developed in your professional life you now rightly desire to lay at His feet, to be used as an ambassador of His kingdom.

We have prayed also for those who will attend, that they may be taught of God. God's way of working is to draw men by teaching them, and when He teaches, it is effectual teaching. We have asked that He would prepare their hearts to receive the principles of His Word, that they may see that true protocol is not mere outward form, but a desire to know the Divine will and to honor Christ in how we carry ourselves wherever we go. So many have been kept from the house of God because they have been ill treated by those who bear His name. May this church, now so graciously gifted with a new building and with provision for the whole assembly, show by its character and its chemistry between staff members what it is to adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour.

We have remembered before the Lord your friend with whom you labored on this theme for these two years. You say he seems confused and hesitant to share what he once saw. We have prayed that the Lord would continue to touch his heart and mind and soul, that He who alone can give sight to the blind would make plain what has been shown, and would lead him into the way of wisdom which is found only in Christ.

May the Lord grant you utterance, keep you humble and faithful, and make this workshop fruitful for the building up of His people and for the reflection of His glory. We ask this trusting not in our own strength or wisdom, but in Him who has promised that every one that has heard and has learned of the Father comes unto Christ. In Jesus name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in prayer for this stewardship and protocol workshop and thank God for the door He has opened for you to teach. It is good that you desire wisdom and that you ask the Lord to prepare the hearts of those who will attend, for true wisdom does not come from professional skill or from the workshop itself but from the grace of the Spirit. As Scripture teaches, there is a wisdom of this world that terminates here and cannot profit its possessors, and there is the wisdom of God which is hidden and spiritual. We pray that God will grant you that higher wisdom, so that you may admonish and teach with the gentleness of a father and not with constraint, presenting His truth clearly and faithfully.

We also pray that your teaching on stewardship will bear lasting fruit. Every stewardship with which we are entrusted, whether speech or power or gifts or wealth, is given not for our own advantage but for the common good and for the honor of the Master. A faithful and wise steward neither misuses what has been entrusted nor wastes it, but dispenses it as is fitting. We ask that the Lord will help you and the whole staff to see your capacities, character and chemistry as gifts to be used faithfully for Him, that you may be good ambassadors of His kingdom in all places and in all relationships. This is especially needed because many have been hurt by how they were treated and have never returned to a church. May your example and the example of this staff show the lovingkindness of God and adorn the gospel.

We give thanks with you for the new building and for the gift of the sound system and chairs for the auditorium. We pray that the church will steward these provisions with gratitude and care, using them not for show but for the edification of the body and the glory of Christ.

We also bring before the Lord your friend with whom you developed this material over the past two years. Nothing is by coincidence with God. We pray that the Lord will continue to touch his heart, mind and soul, grant him clarity where there is confusion, and give him courage to share what he has seen. May the Lord who knows the truth bring light where there has been uncertainty.

Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus we ask for wisdom for our brother as he prepares and leads this workshop. Fill him with Your Spirit and give him words that are clear, true and seasoned with grace. Prepare the hearts of the pastor and every staff member who will attend, that they may receive Your principles with humility and joy and apply them faithfully. Help them to honor You with all You have entrusted to them. Use this new provision of a building to advance Your name and to welcome many. Work also in the heart of his friend, and lead him into all truth. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone has declared the Father to us and in whom is our hope of glory. Amen.
