Beloved of All
We join you in prayer with great joy for this medical mission trip and for your willing heart to serve as an interpreter, and we thank God that you have asked in the name of Jesus, for we know that through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard.
We are encouraged by your desire to be a vessel of wisdom, compassion and love in a new environment among new people, and we pray that the Lord will equip you fully for this calling. For the role of an interpreter is far more than translating words, it is being a bridge for the gospel and for healing to flow. We pray that you will find grace in the eyes of those you encounter and that your words will be seasoned with grace. As it is written, Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt Colossians 4:6, and If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask God who gives wisdom liberally to pour out wisdom upon you, that you may understand not only language but hearts, and speak with clarity, accuracy and love.
We pray together for you and for the whole team.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one and the entire medical mission team before Your throne in Jesus name. We ask that You bless this week abundantly and let Your face shine upon our dear interpreter and upon every member of the team, as You promised, Yahweh bless you, and keep you, Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you Numbers 6:24-25. Grant wisdom and compassion and a deep love that comes from You, and let Your grace rest upon every conversation, every translation, every prayer and every act of medical care. Knit the team together in unity of heart and purpose, that they may be of the same mind, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind Philippians 2:2, so that they serve You together not only with words but with one heart. We pray that You will open doors for godly connections and divine appointments, and that through this mission many will come to know You as Savior and Lord. Let the light of Christ shine through each one, for You have said, Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven Matthew 5:16. We ask for lasting fruit that remains, for Your glory, as Jesus said, In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so you will be my disciples John 15:8. Guard their health, strengthen their bodies, encourage their spirits, and let whatever is done in word or deed be done heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23.
We encourage you to walk in humble dependence on the Holy Spirit each day, to pray before you speak, to listen well, and to rest in the knowledge that God is the one who brings the increase. Be faithful in the small translations and in the quiet moments of compassion, for God often uses a simple, lovingly spoken word to open a heart to the gospel. Trust that He has placed you in this team for such a time as this, and that He will use your willingness to make His love known both in physical healing and in the eternal hope of Christ. We will continue to seek His will with you for protection, unity, open hearts among the people you will serve, and for abundant and lasting fruit for His kingdom in Jesus name, amen.
Thank you for your prayers and protection. It was a big problem between the team coming down without willingness to be between them. Definitely God protected me because that uncertainty affected the mission field and also, I was told from the pastor who contacted me that the weak was over just one day, which was disappointed but I thank God for protect me, also something that I notices is that the pastor who contacted me had another agenda, he was explaining me that he was divorce and that he was looking for a new companion, that wasn't the main topic of what we join in serve, but I shared that God wanted me to be a proverbs 31 woman but also the proverbs 20:6 must be along side just speaking for what I see how God intended. And I shared that because I perceived part of what he was saying that verse said and talks about the truth, at the end I didn't knew if he affirmed was truth or not, but after having that conversation later at night I ask for the timing in the new place and he shared that it was too complicated that the planes changed, so I wouldn't be needed for the mission team. I put everything in God's hands. In Jesus name I pray amen
