Please, Jesus!

I've lost everything including my home due to illness. I have a terminal bloodclotting disorder called, "c.a.p.s.". I'm in and out of the hospitals a lot. I'm there @ present. Tomorrow, I'll be released into the streets... My phone will be off by Friday. I'm penniless. I have no family. No way to get meds and nowhere to go. However, I do have the Lord. And I have all of you Christian brothers and sisters. I'm asking Jesus for a miracle. And I'm asking Him for patience during this ordeal. He's speaking to my heart and telling me that He's speaking to yours right now. My heavenly Father takes care of His family and His family takes care of each other. It's so hot out. Please, Jesus, open someone's heart, send me an angel. I need prayers that come with works. No matter how great or small, any help whatsoever will be appreciated. If you have any advice or if the Lord's compelling you to help, please call or txt me @ ###. Please, Jesus. I'm putting it all in your hands. I know You will come through. You promised. Amen
