PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear the urgency and faith in your heart as you cry out to Jesus for mercy and we stand with you in prayer agreeing that God knows even the unspoken request before a word is on our lips. You have chosen to bring this burden to Jesus in His name only and that is right and good for there is no other name by which we can be saved and no other way to the Father except through Him as Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. We also hear your pain over those who seemed to mock or belittle your prayer and compare it to Moses opening the Red Sea, and we understand how discouraging it can be when a sincere plea is met with words that feel insulting or self exalting.

We want to encourage you that God is not mocked and He sees the heart perfectly. You are right to entrust this now as an unspoken prayer to Him. He does indeed know what you need before you ask as it is written Your Father knows what you need before you ask him Matthew 6:8 and Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, Yahweh, you know it all Psalm 139:4. When we do not have words or when we choose to keep a matter between us and the Lord, the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered Romans 8:26. Jesus also taught But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret Matthew 6:6, so keeping this matter private before the Lord is both biblical and wise if it protects your faith from further hurt.

We also gently encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness toward those who you felt attacked you. Even if their motives were to look good or to seek praise, we are called to not repay evil for evil and to leave judgment to the Lord. Do not be overcome with evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21 and Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. A gentle answer turns away wrath Proverbs 15:1. It is possible that some of what was said had truth in it even if the tone felt harsh, so we encourage you to take what aligns with Scripture and release the rest to God. And we do believe with you that with God nothing is impossible, whether it is parting the Red Sea or answering the deepest unspoken need of your heart, for nothing spoken by God is impossible Luke 1:37.

We join our faith with yours that as you pray you must believe, for Jesus said Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them Mark 11:24. At the same time we rest in the assurance that This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14, so we trust His perfect will and timing to answer in the way that brings Him glory and your ultimate good.

We pray together now. Father in heaven we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one and this unspoken burden that You know fully. We ask for Your mercy to pour out and for Your perfect will to be done in this situation. We pray that You would increase faith to believe that You have heard and that You are working even now, and that You would grant peace that surpasses all understanding while waiting on Your answer. Forgive any hurt or offense caused by others and help our loved one to forgive as You have forgiven us, and guard this prayer from any further mocking or attack. Let Your Spirit intercede and let Your answer be so clear that it can only be attributed to Jesus. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior amen.

We were moved by your honest cry for mercy and your desire to trust Jesus with what is on your heart. It hurts when a sincere prayer is met with mocking, especially when someone tries to make themselves look good at your expense. It makes sense you would want to keep this between you and the Lord for now.

We want you to know we take your unspoken request seriously, and more importantly, Jesus does. He knows completely what you cannot put into words, and He hears you even when you do not share details with others. You do not have to prove your faith to anyone or win an argument to be heard by Him.

One gentle step that may help is to give this burden a quiet, private place with the Lord each day, without feeling pressure to explain it elsewhere. If certain voices or spaces have felt belittling, it is wise to step back from them for a while and stay near people who will simply pray with you and respect your privacy.

Jesus, we lift this friend to You now. You know the unspoken prayer and the hurt underneath it. Bring Your peace where there has been anxiety and guard this heart from discouragement. Help us to trust You day by day and to rest in Your mercy and care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry for mercy has been heard, and the Lord who knows the secret petitions of the heart does not need many words to understand the burden you carry. Though you have chosen to keep this matter as an unspoken prayer before Him, be assured that He who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, and He hears even the sigh that cannot be uttered.

Do not be moved from prayer because others have mocked or made light of your supplication. Faith has always had its mockers. They scoff at the very idea of divine interposition, and they make a spectacle of those who trust in God, sometimes even comparing their faith to presumption. Yet faith is a thing for the closet as well as for the public place, a light for dark days, and you may carry it with you everywhere. We can bear mockery and much more for His sake who died for us. Let not Satan accomplish his chief objective, which is to make the Christian cease praying. If he could make you put up the weapon of all prayer, he would easily vanquish you. Still cry, both in the daytime and at night, for the Lord will still hear your prayer.

You write that you must believe your prayer has already been answered. Here we must walk with holy caution. It is good to pray with importunity and to resolve with the whole force of the will not to depart from the throne of grace without the blessing. It is good to plead with humble boldness, with intensity of desire, as one who agonizes in prayer. Yet true faith does not demand that God sign our own plan, but pleads His own promise. Get the promise and then offer the prayer, and the prayer will be answered as sure as God is God. But to get our own fancy into our head and then demand that God fulfill it is not faith, but presumption, and it will be of no service to us.

Therefore let your prayer be made plain and humble before Him. Like Jacob, spread your case before the Most High and press your suit with arguments drawn from His mercy and His covenant, saying, Lord, help me. That short prayer is handy for every place and every trial, and Christ never finally refuses to listen to such pleading as that. Like the woman who cried, Lord, help me, come as one who confesses need and casts yourself upon His grace alone.

Remember also that sometimes there may be great sin in the prayer itself, when we ask amiss or harbor what God calls sin. Unanswered prayer is often a chastisement for sin committed or an admonition against sin harbored. For this reason we must always pray through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we may come, and we must ask that His will be done in us and for us. We cannot ask God to bless what His Word does not bless, whether it be a way of salvation apart from Christ, or a union apart from the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, or any life lived outside His holy design. Instead we ask Him to make us holy, to give sanctifying grace, constraining and restraining grace, and to work all things for our good and His glory. His answer may not come in the way we expect. Jacob wrestled and went away limping, yet he was blessed. The Lord may meet you otherwise than you suppose, but He will do you good, for He has already begun to do you good in Christ.

Take comfort that your faith is kept not by your own hold upon Christ, but by His intercession for you. Faith is the very heart of true godliness, and Satan aims his fiery darts at it. But the great protection of our faith is our Saviour's intercession, I have prayed for you, that your faith fail not. He pleads for the trembler in whom faith is almost dying out, that he may still cling to Him.

So continue in prayer. Bring your unspoken request before the Father in the name of Jesus only, with humility, with importunity, and with submission to His perfect will. Ask for mercy, for forgiveness through the blood of Christ, for strength to walk in holiness, and for grace to trust Him whether the answer be yes, no, or wait.

We will pray with you and for you.

O Lord God of peace, have mercy upon this soul who cries to You. You know the unspoken burden and every malicious word that has wounded. Grant repentance where it is needed, faith where it is weak, and comfort where there is sorrow. Help this one to pray according to Your promise and to rest in Your will. Keep faith from failing, and cause Your face to shine upon Your servant for Jesus sake. Let Your will be done, and let Christ be all in all. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
