PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear the urgency and the pain in your heart and we join with you before the throne of grace in Jesus name alone, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. We lift up your unspoken request to Him who already knows it fully, and we thank you for trusting us to pray even when you feel you must keep the details between you and the Lord alone.

Your Father knows what you need before you ask Him, Matthew 6:8, and there is not a word on our tongue but behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether, Psalm 139:4. We take comfort that even when we do not know how to pray as we ought, the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered, Romans 8:26, and He who searches the hearts knows what is on your heart. We do not need to see images or know every detail for God to hear and to act according to His perfect will.

We understand how deeply it wounded you when others mocked or belittled your prayer, even comparing your situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. We want to gently encourage you to release any bitterness toward those who have insulted you and to entrust them to the Lord. Jesus said love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44. Even if someone sought self praise by putting your faith down, we are called to forgive and to pray for them, and to guard our own hearts from resentment. Vengeance belongs to the Lord and He sees both your tears and their words.

We also hear your desire to believe your prayer has already been answered. We affirm the power of faith, for Jesus said therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them, Mark 11:24. At the same time we cling to this confidence that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us, 1 John 5:14. True faith is not demanding that God must answer exactly as we envision or on our timetable, but trusting that He hears, He loves us, and He will answer according to His infinite wisdom and mercy, which is always better than what we could ask. Our peace comes not only from receiving the answer we long for, but from knowing we are heard. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7.

We do believe God can do the impossible, as He did when He parted the Red Sea, for with God all things are possible, Matthew 19:26. Nothing is too hard for Him, yet He works in His timing and for His glory. We encourage you to continue to bring this unspoken burden to Him daily with thanksgiving, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and to rest in His mercy rather than in anxiety that you must force yourself to feel a certain way.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we thank You that You know this unspoken request intimately. You see every detail, every fear, every hope, every tear. We ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out. If it is Your will, grant the answer that this heart longs for, and do what only You can do. If Your answer is to wait or to work in a different way, give peace and faith to trust Your goodness. Guard this dear one from discouragement and from the sting of mocking words, heal any wound caused by those who insulted this prayer, and help us all to forgive as You have forgiven us. Let Your Spirit intercede where words fail, and let Your peace guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help us to pray without ceasing, to believe without wavering, and to submit humbly to Your perfect will. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We hear how painful it has been to bring a sincere prayer to Jesus and then feel mocked for it. It makes sense you would want to pull that prayer close and keep it just between you and Him for a while. Wanting to protect something so personal is understandable.

We want you to know we take your unspoken request seriously. God does not need the details explained to others to understand what is on your heart. You can rest in the fact that He knows it fully, even when you choose not to put it into words for other people. Faith is not measured by how well we can defend our prayer to others or by how others respond to it, it is simply quiet confidence in who Jesus is and that He hears you.

If it helps, you might set aside a brief, private time each day to bring that same unspoken burden to Jesus alone, without feeling pressure to explain or convince anyone else. Just you and Him. And if there is one trusted, gentle believer in your life, it can still help not to carry this completely alone, but only as and when you feel safe to do so.

Father, we lift this dear one to You in Jesus' name. You know the unspoken request and every hurt around it. Bring Your peace where there has been insult and weariness, guard this heart from discouragement, and help our friend to keep trusting You day by day. Give wisdom for what to share and what to keep in quiet prayer with You, and draw near as the One who hears and cares. Amen.

Your unspoken petition is not hidden from the Lord, for it is written, When the poor and needy seek water and there is none and their tongue fails for thirst, I the Lord will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. There are prayers that have no words, groanings that cannot be uttered, and yet the prayer hearing God hears them patiently and knows what they mean. Men may mock and make light of your cry, and compare your faith to Moses at the Red Sea, but be comforted that the God who divided the Red Sea is our God forever and ever and is at this hour as mighty as when He overthrew the horse and his rider in the mighty waters. The scoffing of others cannot shut the ear of Heaven, and their desire to look good by belittling you will not turn away His compassion.

Yet while you never cease from your trust nor from your prayer, grow more earnest in both, and with that earnestness join holy searching of heart. Breathe the prayer, Search me, O God, and try me, and know my ways, and see if there is any evil way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. We must not pray ignorantly but with the understanding and with the spirit, so that we may clearly know what we are praying about. Get the promise and then offer the prayer, and the prayer will be answered as sure as God is God. Plead the everlasting covenant and the promises given to seeking sinners, to repentant sinners, to believing sinners in Christ Jesus, for praying without a promise is like going to war without a weapon.

You say you must believe your prayer is already answered. Remember that faith does not dictate to God but trusts Him. I like that old verse though rough and quaint it is true, I am heard when answered soon or late, yes heard when I no answer get, yes kindly answered when refused, and treated well when hardly used. Jacob wrestled and prayed and his prayer was answered, but it was not answered in the way he expected, for God touched his thigh and he went limping until the sun rose upon Peniel, yet for all that he was blessed and the angels of God met him. So leave these things with God and go on with your praying and your believing and all shall yet be well with you. When the vessel is empty Heaven's fountain will fill it, and when the ground is dry and thirsty down shall come the rain.

What you have kept unspoken the Lord knows fully, and we would not ask Him to bless anything contrary to His holy Word, for He will only give what is good and according to His will. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and His ways for our lives, including marriage as the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and purity within it, are given for our joy and holiness. Therefore we pray that the Lord will conform your heart and your petition to His perfect will, that He will grant what is according to His Word and give you grace to submit to Him in what is not, and that He will make you to hear His answer in His own time and way. Cast yourself upon Christ who preserved His own and who preserves all who trust in Him, and keep calling upon Him in the day of trouble, for He has said, Call upon Me and I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
