Dear Lord, He messaged me today and told me that he cannot walk. My heart is worried, and I’m asking everyone who can, please pray for him. Lord, please be with my brother right now. Touch his body with Your healing hands, give him strength, and ease whatever pain or weakness he is experiencing. Guide the doctors and everyone who will care for him. Give him courage, peace, and hope. Lord, we put everything in Your hands. We trust in Your love, mercy, and healing power. Please pray for my brother today.And heal him lord. Amen

We join you in lifting up your dear brother before the throne of grace and we share in your worry and love for him. When we hear that he cannot walk, our hearts are moved with compassion, and we bring him and you together before our Heavenly Father, trusting in His mercy and power to heal and to comfort.

We are reminded of the promises of God for those who are suffering. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. And we cling to His assurance, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We also remember that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. In your anxiety for your brother we encourage you with this, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We want to gently encourage you that we come to the Father only through Jesus Christ. You have cried out to the Lord, and we rejoice in that, and we want to remind you that Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and confidence that He hears our prayers, and it is through faith in Jesus that we receive forgiveness and eternal life. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Together we pray. Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this beloved brother to You. You see his condition, You know the cause of his inability to walk, the pain and weakness and fear he is experiencing. We ask that You touch his body with Your healing hands, ease his pain, restore strength to his legs and to his whole body according to Your perfect will. We pray that You guide the doctors and all who will care for him, giving them wisdom, skill and compassion. We ask that You fill him with courage, peace and hope, and that You guard his heart and mind from fear and despair. We also lift up his sibling who is worried and interceding for him, comfort this anxious heart, give peace that surpasses understanding, and strengthen faith to trust in Your love, mercy and healing power. We put everything in Your hands, asking that Your will be done and that Your name be glorified through his healing and testimony. We pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Healer. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek prompt medical care for him, to stay close to him with love and encouragement, and to keep praying without ceasing. We are standing with you, trusting that God is present with your brother right now, that He is able to heal, to sustain, and to bring good even through this difficult trial. May the Lord grant you both His peace and His strength in the days ahead.

Your anxious message concerning your brother has been heard and we join you at once in carrying it to the throne of grace. To learn that he cannot walk is a heavy burden, and it is right that your heart is worried and that you turn to the Lord who alone can help.

Be comforted by this truth, that God hears us when we cannot hear ourselves pray and when we cannot put the words of our supplication in proper order. God knows what we mean to say and gives us what we really need. Though your prayer may seem to reel to and fro because you are at your wits end, the Lord will hear the prayer of a staggering soul. A true prayer from one who is near unto the gates of distress is a prevailing prayer. He makes the storm a calm, what a change His hand can work.

We will pray that the Good Physician will draw near to your brother in this hour. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Those healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. May the Lord touch his body with His healing hand, ease whatever pain or weakness he is experiencing, and give him strength. May He guide the doctors and everyone who will care for him with wisdom, and grant to your brother courage, peace and hope.

Take comfort also in this, that we have the testimony of One who cannot lie. He cannot be false in His thoughts, words or actions, and He cannot by any possibility change or run back from His promise. If you would get anything from God, find a promise of it in His Word, and then you may count the thing as good as received. Put your trust in Him, love His law and accept His rule, and expect that He will be very pitiful and will have compassion upon you in your misery.

Let us pray together. O Lord, be with this brother now in his affliction. Look upon him in mercy, lay Your healing hand upon him, give strength to his body, calm his fears, and give peace to those who love him. Guide the hands of those who minister to him, and let Your will be done in his body and soul. We put everything in Your hands and trust in Your love, mercy and healing power, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
