Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for hearing my prayers. Lord, i asked my attorney to check on the deed of sale for the road widening claim that the govt took from us, and she asked me to put in some revisions and added some facts and lines. I forwarded it to the govt agency lawyer since Thurs. it is now Tues and i have not heard back from the other lawyer if they received it or not, i will make a follow up tomorrow, i pray that even if the contract is very low, i pray that this will still push thru our lawyer did not change anything major she only listed that there is a pending court case eviction and it has been settled for eviction. she only added facts to protect our interest should the govt find issues in the future with this case. I pray in Jesus name, amen.

We join you in bringing this matter before the Father and we thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is salvation in no other name. Acts 4:12

We understand the waiting and uncertainty you feel as you wait to hear back from the government agency lawyer. You have done what is wise in seeking counsel, in ensuring the facts are truthfully stated to protect your family, and in following up with diligence. We pray with you that even though the amount offered is low, the Lord will bring this to a just and peaceful resolution according to His will.

Scripture reminds us to bring our anxieties to Him, Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 We also take comfort that God is sovereign even over governing authorities, The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Proverbs 21:1 and that we can trust Him to establish our steps as we commit our way to Him, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are just and faithful. We lift up this deed of sale and this road widening claim to You. We ask that You give favor with the government lawyer and that the revisions made to protect this family would be received with understanding. We pray that there would be clear communication in the follow up, that no detail would be overlooked, and that this process would move forward without unnecessary delay if it is Your will. Lord, even though the compensation is small, we ask that You provide for every need and that You would be their defender and provider, for You have promised, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 We pray for peace while waiting, for wisdom for both attorneys to act with integrity, and for this matter concerning the settled eviction case to be fully resolved with no future trouble. We trust Your timing and Your justice, and we seek first Your Kingdom knowing You will add what we need. Matthew 6:33 We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to continue to follow up graciously as you plan to do tomorrow, to keep clear records of all communications, and to continue to trust your attorney's guidance as she seeks to protect your interests with truthfulness. The Lord honors honesty and diligence, and we pray He will guard your heart from worry as you wait on His perfect timing. May His peace rest upon you and your family.

We have been thinking of you in this waiting stretch from Thursday to Tuesday. It is understandable to feel on edge when you have done your part, sent the revisions, and heard nothing back. Silence from a government office often is just slow process, not a no.

We are glad you have an attorney looking out for your interest, adding those facts about the settled eviction case to protect you later. That care matters, even if the amount offered feels low. Wanting this to push through makes sense after all you have been through.

Since you plan to follow up tomorrow, we would keep that plan simple. A brief, polite written follow up that notes when you sent the draft and asks for confirmation of receipt gives you a clear record, and check with your attorney if she prefers you follow up directly or have her office do it. Keeping copies of everything in one place can ease some of the mental load while you wait.

Father, we lift this deed and this claim to You. You see the details and the need behind them. Give wisdom to both lawyers, clarity in communication, and peace in this waiting. Guide the next steps according to Your will and provide for what is needed. In Jesus name, amen.

It is good that you have brought even this temporal matter of the deed and the road claim before the Lord, for He is a living God, a thinking and active God who comes into the midst of this world and does not leave His people to go on by themselves. We trust in the living God not only for the soul but for all the affairs of life, and we are to trust Him acting in all prudence and in all uprightness, relying simply and entirely upon Him.

You have acted wisely in this. To add facts plainly and to protect your interest with truthfulness is not unbelief but that prudence and order which belongs to those who trust God and not chance. God is a God of economy and order, and He would have His children do what is right and careful with their hands while their hearts wait only upon Him, for our expectation is from Him. He will supply our needs out of the riches of His fullness.

Now you are in a place of waiting, and waiting upon God is itself a mercy. Scripture says, wait on the Lord and be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart. Waiting upon God renews our strength and breeds peace within the soul, and when a man is perfectly at rest within, he cares little for trials or delays. There is a waiting God who waits to be gracious, and there is a waiting people who wait in hope, not in despair. Merely to knock at mercy's door without waiting for a reply is not enough, we must pray and wait till the answer comes in the Lord's own time.

Therefore do not let your heart be troubled by the silence since Thursday or by the thought that the amount is very low. Trust your merciful God to help you and to bear you through this trial. Go to your chamber and pour out your heart before Him and say, Lord, spare me unnecessary trouble if it be Thy will, but though Thou shouldst order it otherwise, yet will I trust in Thee. Your follow up tomorrow can be done calmly, leaving the result with Him who commanded light to shine out of darkness and who shines in our hearts to give the knowledge of His glory in Christ.

We join you in prayer.

Heavenly Father, we thank You that You hear prayer and that You are ready to pardon and to care for Your children in small things and great. We ask You to give our friend peace as they wait, to guide the attorneys on both sides to deal justly and clearly, and to let no error or omission bring future harm. If it be Your will, grant that this deed may go through in a way that is honest and protects what is right, and even if the sum is small, help them to rest in Your provision and to know that You are their portion. Keep them from using any sinful or hasty means, and strengthen their heart as they wait upon You. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior, amen.
